Outstanding customer service from initial enquiries to post delivery. All questions were answered fully and honestly, with no sense of ‘hard selling’ at any stage. The price of the phone was the lowest on the market by a country mile and was delivered very quickly, arriving in perfect condition in original unopened Apple packaging and meeting all online checks. Overall, by far my best experience in two decades buying phones - I shall certainly be advising all friends and family that this should be their first choice of supplier.

My experience with this company it’s a big mistake and a huge disappointment. I made an agreement with them to buy a new phone, they promised to deliver it to the shop within a day, and then nothing! Silence!
I didn't receive any information for the last couple of days. They don’t care about customers. so definitely I do not recommend this company.

Charges double the price for crappy screen protectors that doesn't even cover your phone properly. The owner only cares about charging people more money money. And goes mad saying your lying when speaking the truth and had this happened to me won't ever go back to him! Much better phone shops in bray with genuine people and prices!

Made a purchase on Sunday night. Received it on Tuesday morning by Anpost.
Brand new A55 5g. Transfer files from my old phone to the new phone withno issue and very fast. Above all, it’s only 60% of the price that other retailers ask.

Ordered a phone and iPad Monday the phone condition was labeled as excellent and it was pretty much br and new
The iPad was brand new still seal as well received order within 48 hours and very quick response back when messaging will use them again

Unbeatable value

I just purhcased a brand new phone from these guys at a fraction of the cost it would have been on the Samsung store. Extremely responsive and helpful staff. Delivery the very next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! If you're on the fence, get off. You won't regret it :)

Bought an s23 ultra online, picked a color and got a call within 24 hours to say that color was not available would I like to choose another! That was great service. Since the phone arrived (4 weeks ago) it’s been great, no issues, fab quality and an excellent battery life. Would happily use them again!
