Assez galère pour ma part. Sous-traitance de Back Market auprès de Viberstore pour l'achat d'un smartphone reconditionné, dont le processeur lâchera 1 mois apres l'achat. Obligée de passer par Back Market, jamais de contact direct avec Viberstore. Procédure qui durera des semaines. Finalement, renvoi d'un nouveau smartphone par Viberstore, en moins bon état que celui pour lequel j'ai payé. D'où demande de remboursement de ma part. Le tout prenant de nouveau des semaines...Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience.

Stay well away bought a iPhone few months back. Not working properly and battery keeps draining and phone freezes don’t throw your money away

i feel like the standard has gone down…
i feel like the standard has gone down hill since i purchased my first phone in 2019 was perfect. Bought another one only for the battery to swell before the warranty was out but i had to pay €50 cause the warranty doesn't cover batteries. Never had this happen on any of my phones. Camera is blurred when i use the zooming out feature and switches off randomly at 35 percent. wouldn't purchase another phone from them.

Just to clarify, all of our devices come with a 12-month warranty, while batteries are covered for 3 months, as they are consumable parts. This has always been our policy.

10/10, definitely recommend
My experience with viberstore was great. I ordered an iphone air on Sunday the 28th of December and it had arrived on the morning of Tuesday the 30th. The phone was in great quality both physically and the battery health was at 100%, it’s still working great for me so far I am very happy (: I was sceptical at first because I had never heard of them but I would definitely recommend, great prices.

I Have been buying phones from Viberstore for all of my family since 2023, always had an excellent experience with the employees and we have never had an issue with the phones. When we were conscious about the charging of one of the phone last week we went back into the store and they fixed it no problem. 100% will continue buying from them in the future!
