My experience to Fonezone is very bad and i felt i been scammed, I have received severely scratch and totally abused phones, when i raise a complaint instantly asking you will bare the return parcel cost and if you request for refund, you LOSE 15% of your money as per policy 85% of your money will be back only for touching the scrap device and to think that you event use as you only inspected its physical condition, then they will ask for investigation that they should have photos of the device before sending to customer or certificate of product that device is inspected ( note : not refurbished or not been inspected ), its a scam sending bad product and lose 15% of your money instantly, so its a scam they dont want to take any responsibility of their product because they know the condition of their product. Policy is a safeguard to them only not for the consumerâŠPlease be aware and dont fall on the cheap product, that you dont know what condition they will send to you and instantly you lose 15% of your money because you want to return a bad product. All of those who are victims of this low quality service and fake, not accurate products i ask you report this to UAE consumer protection.
