Thank you for the instant and timely resolution with my device.

Had an iPhone 15 screen repair through apple support.
Great service, all steps clearly communicated and Adam at the front desk was a great help.
Price came in at 100 cheaper than other retailers on the apple support app.

I had a great experience with Fónfix. They diagnosed and repaired my phone quickly, and Adam at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly. My phone looks and works like new again highly recommended!

I can’t commend Adam (who is the prime point of contact for Fonfix in Sandyford) highly enough for exceptional customer service. Dealing with stressed customers whose mobile phones aren’t working can’t be easy. But Adam is calm, thorough and reassuring and has a great communications style, calling customers by their first name and offering help them tips to get them back up and running. I would heartily recommend Fonfix and particularly Adam

Adam at the front desk was really transparent about how long my repair would take and I got it back in exactly how long he said it’d be.
Plugged in my ps5 there and it works perfectly.
He also gave me a 3 month warranty for anything that could go wrong and stuck to the price of 90€ for what I had fixed.
If any of my devices break again I’ll definitely be going back to fonfix, they’re the most professional and trustworthy place I’ve been.

Quick and easy to book online. Dropped the phone in 8am and was ready to collect by lunch time. Adam at the front desk was very helpful. Showed me how to secure the phone with repair mode so all my files and data was safe. Great experience all round

Adam was excellent, explained tye process very clearly and actioned it as promised.

I recently had my phone repaired in the Grafton Street shop.
The turnaround time, efficiency and ease of process was fantastic.
It was ready within 3 hours of dropping it in.
My device is as good as new if not better.

First of all they are too professional. They are the store they fix any phone for all Ireland.

I ordered a screen and back replacement. The whole process was seamless. Received a call from them after booking an appointment telling me that the courier was on the way.

Received updates throughout the day.

The phone was returned within 7 hours.

I am absolutely recommending everyone to use this company for repairs.

I feel like I have a new phone, will be recommending you guys when someone walks into my work, looking for a fix.

I was in with Adam last week for a new battery, thought I was going to be without a phone for the weekend but he somehow managed to source a battery and get my phone sorted within a few hours. He absolutely bent over backwards to help me and another lady who was there at the time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

Adam at the front desk was a great help showing me the Maintenance Mode of my phone also!
