i would like that the fonts stay loaded even when i close the app.

FontBase is easy to use and manage, making it very user friendly. The price point is crazy cheap, and makes it an even bigger value for our team. The only issue that we have is that the auto-activate feature seems to be slow to respond within Illustrator.

It works seamlessly. It's on in the background and I don't even have to think about it.

I so appreciate an affordable way to manage my fonts. So many hefty subscriptions are involved in my freelance design work, and I'm grateful that this one is the most accessible.

FontBase is a great app and good value, the only thing that would make me love it more is if there was an ios version for the iPad Pro. The ability to add tags to font families to label them by type rather than where they sit would be good too (e.g. Slab, Serif, Sans-Serif etc). Unless that already exists and I'm missing it.

It's incredibly fast — I’ve tried it, but I think it’s still in an early stage!

It could have better management, for example: if you select 5–10 fonts, you should be able to pin or favorite them in bulk. Also, the heart or pin icon next to each font shouldn't disappear, so it’s more user-friendly — and there are other small things like that.

FontBase is the best program for keeping my 6,000 fonts organized.

Great font manager. Works on Mac and PC which is not super common. Super helpful for managing fonts belonging to different clients. Used it for a year before upgrading to the forever license!

Well, you can't very well have all your fonts open on your machine at once, right? Especially not when you have over 100,000 fonts.

FontBase manages their opening and closing admirably. I like that it shows all of a font's glyphs and the rest of its family, if applicable.

Makes quick work of identifying which fonts I want to use in my projects - quick and easy to preview fonts in my choice of phrase, and has freed up SO much space and allows my programs to operate so much more freely! Highly recommend!

Priced well with some quirky bugs.
