A sales person in Highbury and Islington got me to sign up, and everything they sold me on just isn’t true. The food is not flavourful, it’s actually really bland. The portions are also very small, not even enough for one person. So the promise that you’ll get healthy and tasty meals for good value is inaccurate.
My first box also has food exploded everywhere, so packaging could be improved. Most frustratingly, there is no clear way to cancel your account if you’re not satisfied. I can’t even log on to the app, as I’ve not been able to get a new password despite requesting multiple times. I’ve also tried several times to shut my account, been TOLD that my account is closed and inactive, only to then receive another notification that another order is on the way!

Many of the packages broken and leaking, making all look like a unpleasant dog’s dinner. Really disappointing, this was my first order and had hoped it worked. No thank you Foodhack. I don’t see how you are going to make it…

I received different items compared to what I ordered. The salmon bowl packaging was damaged on arrival. The spicy chicken laksa was very bland.

I only made one order but got charged for two. When I contacted them they denied all knowledge of this and then continued to ignore me. Plus I tried one pouch of the veg biriani and it’s gross.

I wasn’t impressed with the food, the presentation was appalling and it seemed like what I was sold compared to what I presented were two different ends of the spectrum. The food were all in smoothie like conditions on the verge of spoiling.

The food is flavorsome and the portion size are right for me. I found that FoodHak responded quickly to queries raised I found them to be very easy to communicate with. Their website is fairly easy to navigate.

The refreshing mint flavours is perfect, and it pairs so well with the crunch. I didn’t expect to enjoy the moringa so much, but it adds a nice earthy touch.

I’d recommend you stock up because I finished them in one sitting.

I'll try most things once and this was my intention for foodhak. The discount on the 1st box was very appealing after being stopped on old street...but I must say if I'd read the reviews before hand I may have reconsidered. Depending on your food palate your going to love foodhak or hate it and there's no in-between. I live in a 14th floor flat and delivery service rang my intercom and then put the box of food outside a neighbours door instead of my door.
Granted foodhak is not responsible for that but when opening the box two of the food packages were split and the food was very reminiscent of the time I was in Police custody for 24 hours. Need I say more!

I found the meals to be watery and tasteless. They were also marketed by the sales person as healthy choices yet contain gum and additives. Have cancelled subscription.

Packaging of the food was terrible one of the dish look like baby food. The food didn't look appealing or tasted that great. Use by date was for 2 day after I had the food delivered. Delivery it was just left outside my front door no one checked to see if anyone was home,I was at home I'm so lucky it was still there 2hrs later when a person walking past knocked to say there was a delivery by my door

Fraudulent company. I tried logging in to cancel my account. It kept saying account not registered. I tried reaching out to them, but no response. I called my bank to cancel but they keep using other foodhak names to debit me. Horrible!

Food quality,packaging and timely delivery. Simply put,I got value for money spent.

They are always available to answer any queries and their food is always delicious 😋

As a busy mum, finding time to eat healthy is a challenge, so I was really keen to try the Foodhak Weight Loss Program. Honestly, it’s been such a game-changer! Their plant-based meals are packed with nutrients and superfoods, and they taste so good. The one month program is great because it’s also helped me stay on track with eating healthy. Recommend if you're looking for a healthy, easy way to shed a few pounds! Or to just create healthy eating habits!

The lady that made me subcribe to this has ensured me that the package would be delivered until thursday(It was a tuesday). It's monday now, and my food hasn't yet arrived. If i had been informed that the delivery would be this late, i would not have subscribed at the first place.

I love all of Foodhak's granolas, but this is by far my favourite. I love the golden colour, the smell of cinnamon and ginger, and the big CRUNCH! It keeps me full until lunchtime, and I never feel like I need to snack if I eat this for breakfast. I like mine with Greek yogurt and fresh berries, but my boyfriend eats it as a snack straight from the pack.
