Great customer service.

Overall excellent experience so far, this product is a God send when it comes to suffering with stomach issues like I have my entire life. Customer Service is top notch with quick responses to every one of my questions and even helped me get an excel sheet of my progress so far. I couldn’t be happier!

I am thankful something like this has been created. Works well and the charge holds for a while. I’m not sure if it’s my personal issue but I have had a hard time finding consistency in my numbers. I’m keeping track and sometimes I eat something and it’s a high number then I eat the same thing and it’s low. Again not sure if it’s their inaccuracy or just my personal issue at the moment. Either way great product to try to find what food is giving you an issue.

This is the most difficult test I have ever been through. But your customer representative, Belen did a great job, guiding me through the process step-by-step. Without her help I won’t be able to finish.

This application is really well built. It provides all the features to get insights from what food affects most your diesgtion. They introduce you to features slowly as you use the app and reach milestones so it's not overwhelming. Love it. Good job to the devs and pm.

My device stopped working so the company sent a replacement out for free. I was very happy with the quick communication and fix they offered.

Customer service is great. The food logging in the app is so archaic. If I can’t scan foods could you let apple health input my meals from another app

I use my FoodMarble Air 2 regularly and find it very helpful. Even better than the product is the excellent customer support, which is extremely rare in today's environment. I would not hesitate to recommend the product, as they have supported it, even past the warranty date. They have also dug into and provided reasonable answers to some technical questions I had regarding cross-sensitivities.

Delivered in a timely manner.
My only wish is that the meals had more options for homemade meals-maybe an area to create- lack products for those of us in the USA. Once scanned & added are they made available to other users. Instructions are vague -would like more information

It would nice if their device was more commonly accepted by doctors.

Good and quick support and answer to questions.
It would be nice when the database would be updated to contain food items from different countries. Now it can take a lot of time to figure out what is the best to compare to what you've eaten. Or to break your meal down in all the separate food items and log it. Also, if you do want to compare specific meals to what you've eaten, this is difficult as the text runs of your screen, and there is no way to see what this meal is about.
