You can’t return any products they keep billing and shipping every month with no way to cancel your subscription
Stay far away

Scam company. They claim their product is made in USA and they offer a 90 day no questions asked return policy, neither of which are true. The product shipped from China and took a month to arrive. I requested a refund once I realized it's a supplement made in China, but they've been fighting me on honoring the return the entire time. They keep telling me I should just give it to a friend. That's after they claimed it wasn't eligible for return because I opened it (I didn't, they just assumed I did). The return policy also clearly states that you can return at any time in the 90 days if you aren't satisfied with the product, no requirement that it's unused.

Fraud company. The 90 day retun they don't honor. I think they are China based also as only reply to emails at night. BECAREFUL OF SUBSCRIPTION. They will keep charging you unless you unsubscribe from subscription.

Don't get scammed like us. Beware. Look else where! Shame on Instagram for promoting their products!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. The tracking information was never updated past "label created". When I contacted the company, they blamed the carrier, and basically told me "it happens" and "its on the way". I was not even offered an apology or a delivery date. I still have yet to recieve my over priced papaya enzyme supplements. Their customer service is useless and the CEO should be embarrassed.

I am in agreement with these reviews, having ordered Elava over a month ago and have gotten the run around email that it is on the way any day. Strangely I saw it on Amazon and just got it in 2 days. I don't why the supposed original company would have it available on Amazon and yet ship from China also. This doesn't make sense to me. I don't know if I ever will receive it from Trylava but at least I know if I like it I can find it on Amazon.

Follow-up from previous review, after reporting them to BB and disputing transaction with credit card company, they did end up refunding the full amount. I still never received the product, they say now it was lost in transit.

Their product may be good, but I am rating them on their customer service. They do not respond when emails are sent.
Extremely slow getting their product, if it does come.
I placed an order about 4 weeks ago and as of today still hasn't arrived and no response when emailing to when it will arrive.

I cannot really review the product, because it hasn't arrived, a month after ordering!! If you really want to try this, order on Amazon where you can get it in a day. Shipping is ridiculous, customer service could only tell me to be patient. Wish I never ordered.

Dishonest fly by night company portraying themselves as USA based, USA manufactured. It is a foreign company manufacturing out of China without any substance to the company or reliable history, and they do not complete 3rd party testing; beware

This company engages in deeply misleading and predatory business practices, and consumers should be extremely cautious.

They prominently advertise a “90-day money-back guarantee,” but in practice it is not a real guarantee. When I attempted to exercise it within the stated timeframe, I was informed that I must return the product at my own expense to China — a critical detail that was not clearly disclosed before purchase.

What makes this worse is the company’s shifting and contradictory claims about where it operates. Their marketing presents them as being based in Dublin, yet when confronted about this, they suddenly claim to be a U.S.-based company, while still shipping products from China and requiring returns to China. This creates false trust and misleads consumers about who they are actually doing business with.

The return process itself is burdensome, expensive, and discouraging by design, effectively nullifying the advertised refund policy.

Subscription practices are equally concerning. Even after explicitly cancelling my subscription in writing via email, the company attempted to redirect me through unnecessary portal steps instead of simply honoring the cancellation. Consumers should not have to jump through hoops to stop recurring charges after clearly withdrawing consent.

In summary:
The 90-day money-back guarantee is misleading.
The company misrepresents its business location.
Returns are international, costly, and intentionally difficult.
Subscription cancellations are not handled transparently.

This is not how a trustworthy company operates. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone and strongly advise others to research carefully before purchasing.
