Great service. Great experience. And fabulous end product!

Although we had a couple of hiccups with the delivery it all got sorted with good communication. Delivered as instructed. The footstool is even better in real life. I bought it from the ready to ship section so I didn't have any samples to go on. It arrived and I was in love with it. Perfect.

The company is small, friendly and responsive. I needed to make a tweak to the size of the stools. The tweak was made easily with little extra cost.

This is our second purchase from the company. On both occasions, the footstools were delivered within the time frame given, well packaged, and of excellent quality.

The stools aren’t cheap, but they are well worth the money. I would highly recommend.

The quality of this product is superb. Great British craftsmanship, a solid item which will last for years. Beautifully executed, well packaged for delivery and friendly helpful staff who communicate with you before collection takes place from their workplace, to see if you have any additional instructions for delivery. This is the second one I have bought from this firm, the first is still going strong after 16 years.

Great service

Lovely, well made product. The sales team were very helpful and expedited my order when I said I had visitors coming to stay! That said, it didn't arrive on the day promised but that was due to APC's failure. It did arrive on the same day as my sister, however, and so added the final impressive touch to a newly decorated lounge. She loved it as much as I do! Thank you Footstools & More.
