A well-made good quality product and arrived packed beautifully. I do find it a little heavy and should have enquired what the weight was but it is because it is well made

My footstool is beautifully made. I was impressed with the way it was packaged, corners were reinforced and the whole parcel encased in bubble wrap ensuring the fabric on the stool was in perfect condition.

When none of the fabric samples on the website suited my decor, Footstools and More went above and beyond to source a fabric from a photo of my furnishings and it was a perfect match. I love my orange footstool and it looks great. It’s beautifully made and was delivered on time and carefully wrapped.

This is a company that does things really well. From the multiple free fabric samples, to sending extra photos of the different legs available, which makes designing your item really easy, through to delivery of a perfectly crafted, beautiful piece of hand-made furniture. It's not cheap, and the lead time is quite long - I think our small footstool took 5 weeks from order to delivery - but what you are getting is a bespoke, quality item that looks great and will last.

Wonderful product and quality Mark spent a considerable amount of time trying to get a material match and succeeded. Very impressed

Firstly, it's so nice to able to buy a traditional design to bypass all the trendy stuff in the big stores.

The footstool arrived today and I love it. The craftsmanship is excellent and it's both elegant and comfortable.

The company has been very easy to deal with. There was an issue about the right style of legs not being available but it was quickly sorted out.

We ordered a Camden medium piped round footstool with piping in the Melbourne Heather fabric as we have elements of purple, teal and green in the room where we're using it and it looks absolutely wonderful. The build and finish are excellent. Fabric samples were sent promptly and delivery was smooth, I could mark down a tiny bit (to 4.8 stars) as it took just over five weeks, rather than the estimated three to four and, as others have mentioned, there were no progress updates - but that feels a bit churlish as we're so pleased with the product.

A little disappointed with the finished product

Footstools and More were very easy to deal with. Spoke to them several times on the telephone and was able to talk through my requirements and any queries. Was able to speak to an actual person which is not always the case these days!

I received my Kensington footstool within the estimated timescale. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the footstool which has been much admired. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
