Footstools & More レビュー

Amazing service! I would highly recommend Footstools & More. Great selection of designs and fabrics, lead time was much quicker than expected, and the delivery arrangements were easy peasy. Really pleased with the quality of the footstool, it looks great in our living room. Thanks very much!

Kept me informed all the way, delivery man gave me a very short time-slot so I wasn't kept waiting.

Very good quality ottoman.

The company responded to questions helpfully and promptly. I chose to use my own fabric which needed fire retardant treatment and they kept me informed re progress through this and the manufacturing process .

The stool is well crafted and exceeded my expectations in appearance, quality and comfort.

Two bespoke footstools with storage ordered and paid for by phone with card. Excellent communication with Mark. Arrived in approximately four weeks. Delighted with them, seem very well made and just what I wanted.

Great product, well made

I think the product was great, really good quality, price was good and very easy to order
I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.

Fabulous product, beautifully made and delivered on time with care. Very happy.

Excellent quality and amazing service!
I love my footstool. An original fabric which looks stunning in our living room. The service was superb. So efficient and a really quick turnaround. The quality of the finish is also as good as it gets. It exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with it!

Got good advice over the phone when choosing a bespoke footstool. Am delighted with the finished product - it's well made and perfect

From samples, to delivery of the stool, this company were first class.
The stool is top quality and looks it.

Good quality pattern as sample and well made. Good delivery and at expected time. Tray beautifully made and a large piece of quality furniture.

Excellent customer service and premium products. The fact that you can order fabric samples is so useful. We had some cushions made - they look stunning and have completely transformed our sofa. Highly recommend this company.

Custom made footstool delivered very quickly. Nice piece of furniture.

A cut above the rest both in quality , price and excellent communication and service.
I am more than pleased with the bench stool and would highly recommend them

I ordered a bespoke footstool which I received yesterday. First, it is perfect in size, colour, construction and quality. Thank you - I am delighted with the end result. Second a very big thank you to your courier Tony who was excellent, firstly by keeping me updated on his arrival and second going above and beyond helping me get the footstool upstairs and into the lounge. A first class service all round and I am more than happy to recommend Footstools and More to anyone who wants a quality product and experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out with a bespoke design request, and they were incredibly responsive—answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were accommodating throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was just right.

As with anything custom-made, there's always a bit of nervousness while waiting for the final product. But when the ottoman arrived, I was absolutely blown away. It's beautiful—crafted with care, attention to detail, and exactly what I envisioned (if not better!). I couldn't be happier with the result.

Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and top-notch customer service.
