Great customer service from start to finish.
The quality of the upholstery is beautiful, and being able to customise the size is ideal.

We were looking for a footstool and Mr Google shortlisted several, but we liked that the Footstools and More were a British company. We narrowed it down for size reasons and made the purchase. Hadn’t fully realised they were made to order (even better). It arrived before the due date and really well packaged. The first impression was the quality, no lint, no stray threads, the piping was beautiful, no wrinkles or puckers. The side seam was perfectly straight and flat. The cover to the underside was fitted with as much care and attention to detail as the outer. We liked it so much we ordered another. I had occasion to email customer services, their replied were prompt, same day or next day. Indeed they had to contact me (I filled toe order in wrong) They kindly talked me through the remedy for my error. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Very nice footstools. Well made and commutation was excellent.

Found the website very easy to navigate. Large selection that made meeting our particular requirements pretty straightforward. Fabric samples arrived quickly, and an issue with our selected fabric not being available at time of manufacture was dealt with very professionally.

I really appreciated the personal touch when ordering with Footstools & More- they kept me up to date with everything. I've ordered a piped footstool and coffee table tray from them and I'm very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship of both items. I believe the price point is also reasonable, considering that these items are made to order. Highly recommend Footstools and More!

I'm super happy with my bespoke footstool from this company. The quality of the build is substantially better than the ones which are displayed in furniture stores. I was advised of when the footstool was going to be delivered and the courier advised me on the day of delivery of a 2 hour window. Everything worked like clockwork. The footstool was extremely well wrapped and packaged securely. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.

Finally I came upon this website, British company making products here, big choice of styles, materials, sizes and prices, just what I needed. Footstool come very protected on delivery and came quicker then expected!! Was emailed regarding delivery date and was easy to reply and confirm we was home.
