Très déçu de mes deux commandes 7261 et 7262 qui sont arrivées en même temps mais la personne pour les réceptionner n'était pas là et maintenant les deux commandes ont disparues , commandes payées chères et disparues

The shoes fit me. That's all that matters. I will buy more in the summer.

Schuhe wurden als Leder Schuhe angeboten, als das Paket ankahm habe ich festegestellt das es billige Plastik China Ware ist. Stinkt bis zum Himmel, und sind direkt in die Mülltonne gelandet, 120 € hätte ich auch anders verbrennen können. Spart euer geld und kauft keinen China Schrott.

Attention! Je mettrais 0 étoile si c’était possible. Cette compagnie ressemble plus à un scam qu’autre chose. Premièrement votre paquet arrive dans un sac de vidange et non dans une belle boîte tel qu’affiché sur leur site ce qui augmente le risque d’égratignures lors de l’expédition. Aussi, bonne chance pour un remboursement Si jamais votre soulier ne convient pas . J’ai retourné le mien en leur fournissant le trackimg number mais ils ne l’ont jamais accepté à l’arrivée ( à Chypre en passant). Le tout m’est revenu et depuis ce temps Forciano ne me répond plus et ne me rembourse pas!

1⭐ – Avoid at all costs

Forciano (T&A Elevate Assets), based in Cyprus, have been nothing short of a disappointment.

The boots advertised look fantastic – clean, premium, well-made. In reality, what arrived couldn’t be further from what was shown. The best way to describe it is like a McDonald’s advert: the burger looks big, fresh and stacked… what you actually get is small, squashed, and nothing like the picture. That’s exactly what these boots are.

I ordered both black and beige pairs. Shipping was already delayed by 2–3 weeks, which was frustrating enough. When they finally arrived, both pairs looked like they had been thrown together with no quality control whatsoever.
• Cheap, flimsy materials
• Foam filling visibly sticking out
• Frayed stitching on nearly every edge
• Poor cutting lines – looks like someone went off track with scissors and just carried on
• Rubber tongue stitched incorrectly into the side
• Soles so soft they collapse under thumb pressure

These are not durable boots. They feel like they won’t last more than a few wears.

I contacted them straight away. To their credit, they did respond initially – but then told me I would need to return the items to Cyprus at my own cost.

That’s not how this works.

If you’re selling to UK customers, you are bound by UK consumer rights. I made that clear, and from that point on, communication stopped completely.

I’ve now raised a dispute through PayPal and will be getting my money back that way.

Summary: misleading advertising, poor-quality products, and unwillingness to resolve properly.

Avoid this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Forciano in good faith, based on their advertised three-day delivery. That was five weeks ago.

Almost immediately after placing the order, my partner told me they had already bought me a pair of shoes. I emailed Foriano straight away to ask if the order could be cancelled. I was told this wasn’t possible because the order had already been processed and shipped.

A week later, when nothing had arrived, I contacted them to ask where the order was. Their response? It had only just been shipped.

Another week passed, and I then received an email saying the shipment had been delayed, but not to worry because they would include a complimentary extra with the delivery.

Two more weeks went by. After repeatedly chasing them for updates, I was finally told that they had lost the package entirely and would now process a refund.

Apparently this refund could take up to seven working days, meaning the whole ordeal could stretch to nearly seven weeks from ordering to getting my money back.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Conflicting information, constant delays, and ultimately a lost package.

Judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who feels this company deserves just one star.

Avoid.

I am posting this review to provide a factual account of my experience.

The shoes I received were significantly different in quality from what was advertised on the website. The materials, construction and overall finishing did not reflect the product presentation shown online.

I returned the item to the address provided by the seller in Cyprus and paid £58.03 for international return shipping at my own expense. Upon arrival, the parcel was held at customs due to clearance charges. The seller explicitly declined to arrange customs clearance, which prevented the return from being completed.

As a result, I opened a PayPal claim under “Item Significantly Not As Described” and submitted full documentation, including product photographs and tracking evidence. After review, PayPal ruled in my favour and issued a full refund of £164.50.

Buyers should be aware that international returns may involve substantial additional costs and procedural complications. In my case, a refund was only secured through formal dispute resolution.

I strongly recommend that prospective customers carefully evaluate the financial risks associated with return shipping, customs handling, and after-sales support before making a purchase.

My purchase from this company turned into a complete disappointment.

The shoes were advertised with a hidden height increase. In reality, the additional insole makes them so tight that they are practically impossible to wear. The product I received did not live up to the description in any meaningful way.

Shipping was equally concerning. The shoes arrived directly from China in a thin plastic mailing bag, without proper packaging or protection. They also had a strong chemical odor when unpacked, which did not inspire confidence in the quality.

Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. Instead of addressing the mismatch between description and product, customer service repeatedly asked for more pictures and avoided giving clear answers. Only after persistent follow-up was I informed that returns must be sent to Cyprus — at my own expense.

Ultimately, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. Fortunately, the refund was successful, but I was still required to send the shoes back internationally.

Based on my experience, I genuinely struggle to reconcile it with the positive reviews I see online. My experience was the opposite of what those reviews suggest.

I would strongly recommend being very cautious before ordering from this company.

Not real leather, smells awfully chemical, cheap Chinese plastic. The chelseaboots are not designed for the height increasing insoles and so are VERY tight on the top of the foot. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this vendor. Fortunately I use Klarna and can cancel the payment if they don't respond to my return request.

Impossible to return , they ship from a warehouse in the US but if you want to return the item , they ask you to ship it to Cyprus.

Very comfortable boots. Only downside is they're 6cm instead of the advertised 10cm. So they are ever so slightly economical with the truth in the advertising.
