The data is decent and new. I checked the court house and this site, they had all the data up to date.. I rather use this site, the court house site sucks.

THEY TOOK MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD…
THEY TOOK MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I REPORTED IT A FRAUD CHARGE. PLUS WE ASHED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO US. MY YAHOO ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND MY A CARD WAS USED AND SO WAS MY EMAIL WITH THERE COMPANY BUT THEY STILL REFUSED TO RETURN OUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY TAKES MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND DOESN'T RETURN IT

I joined this site for the one week …
I joined this site for the one week trial and cancelled before the week was up. Several months later I went to the site for a few minutes; did not login - but perhaps my password was auto-stored so it logged me in.
I discovered today that since that brief login I have been paying $39.48/month for a service I'm not using. The representative explained that by logging in I activated a membership. He said that I clicked on a box that said I wanted to activate. No Way. The box is probably tiny and checked by default. Then I asked if the box explained that I was signed up for $39.48/month...and he said, well no, you would have had to go into the details to see that. He said he could cancel and reverse the pending charge, but not the prior month. Then I explained that I was an attorney, and they were both reversed. Companies who operate like this, and there are a lot of them, make it bad for those who don't.

I'm sorry that you had a frustrating experience.
You had signed up with Foreclosure.com in September and cancelled during the free 7-day trial. You were not charged the subscription fee. However, you came back 3 months later in December and logged in and reactivated account.
Foreclosure.com offers a free 7-day trial. When you register, you add a method of payment. If you do not cancel within the free 7-day period, you become a Foreclosure.com subscriber for $39.80 per month.
I sent your review to our customer service department manager. He said that he had refunded all of your charges. Again, sorry that you had a frustrating experience.

I do believe the pictures should give a better understanding of the surrounding area or community. However, for the most part, I am very satisfied with the work and time that put into making sure we get a good view of what are interesting in. Thank you

Shouldn't have to pay
I think it's ridicoulous u have to pay to see homes you can find for free on other sites. The seven day trial isn't really free you have to put in a credit card and your billed $1.00! Free Bologna!

We do offer a free 7-day trial period so you can try us out first. (On some of our affiliate sites we may charge $1 for the trial) However, you will not find many of our foreclosures on other 'free sites.' The listings that appear on Foreclosure.com sometimes will take weeks or even months to show up on other real estate sites. Usually, by that time the listing are sold.
It takes a great deal of manpower to manage as many new listings on Foreclosure.com as compared to other sites which rarely expire old listings. There are two ways to monetize, either we sell our subscriber's info (leads) coupled with advertising or we offer a monthly subscription. We chose the later.
