I had a very poor experience with 99acres. The assigned relationship manager and even the escalation contacts were consistently unreachable—calls were rarely answered, making communication extremely frustrating.

Over a period of six months, not a single serious site visit was arranged. Most of the leads shared were either of very low budget or never progressed to an actual visit, which clearly reflects poor lead quality and lack of proper filtering.

To make matters worse, the service was deactivated almost a month before its actual expiry, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, the service lacked professionalism, responsiveness, and value for money. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Dont subscribe 99scre paid package .it is great scam business

I purchased a paid plan worth ₹2050 on 99acres with the expectation of getting genuine responses for my property in Shadipur. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that I would receive contact details of people who are actively viewing or interested in my property and the person commited that you will get 99 responses daily

However, it has been more than 1 month now, and I have received only 5 responses, which is extremely disappointing for a paid service.

My account was handled by Meenakshi, who later shared Harshita’s contact for support. Since then, I have been continuously following up through calls and emails to understand why my ad is not generating responses. Every time, I am only told to “wait,” without any proper explanation or solution.

There is no clarity on:
- Why responses are so low
- Why I am not able to see how many people have viewed my ad
- What exactly is being done to improve performance

As a customer who has paid for this service, this experience is very frustrating. I expected transparency, performance insights, and actual results—not just repeated instructions to wait.

I request the team to take this seriously, improve my ad performance or if they can’t then please refund my money

Worst experience with 99acres premium service. Representative from 99 acres completely brainwashed me with false promises and pressured me into taking their premium plan. I paid R7,000 believing their assurances of tenant support.
After payment, they assigned an RM who was absolutely useless. No follow-ups, no support, and not even a single house viewing.
Once the money was taken, calls were ignored.
They shared fake or unreachable contact numbers, and when tried, there was zero response from those numbers.
This feels highly misleading and unethical. Their team is very active before payment and totally disappears after. Property owners, please be extremely careful — this service is nothing but empty promises and wasted money.

There is pathetic services , no customer support , no leads just another type of scam from online property sites . Feels lost every time , I am been looted by 15000 in the name of premium services from 99 acres . Worst team in the name of services . I want to sell and every time they call me to buy property when I am listed for premium services

I listed my property on 99acre and after few minutes I started getting lots of call to take their package after lots of pressure I take their package for 6000 the also they committed that we will hear your banner on media like Facebook and visibility will be 70%... Now I stopped getting call , I called the agent of 99 acre , they said that property on media is posted and now on basis of impression it got expired. Very fake service a legal action should be taken by government . Within 4 days my banner got posted and got expired also I did not get any acknowledgement and link

Please stay away from 99acres and do not take their package from 99acres. They are just scam sellers. Here is my experience.
I took a package and paid amount to list a property. And the next day I got a scam person who said he wants to take the rent. And he said he is almost confirmed that he will take the property. And believing that I remove the premium listing. And I did the same, removed the listing from 99acres. I know I should not have trusted and got scam.
Now when I call them to relist the property and now they are asking me to pay again the same amount for relisting the same property. I dont know why, I just bought my premium 2 days ago and the sales person said it will last you for 2 months.
Never believe the sales person. They are there to sell the package and done. Once you buy the package you are not going to get good service or support from the staff. Even when called the service person the service person was rude. Not very professional.
Not recommended at all. Try it at your own risk.

i got a call from 99 acres executive. They made trust that 130 tenant are looking for the property which i want to rent out, Still i didn't agree they transfer call to Senior Manager he said I will easily get tenant since property is in tier 1 city. I paid 22,000 and purchase platinum plan on 5th August 2025. They assigned shweta rai as relationship manager. Till today no tenant nothing efforts from her, My 22k money was a waste. I posted same ad on Facebook and from there i started getting calls. My request to all innocent People please don't buy any plan from 99acres. They do nothing but just fooling people. i had send hints to call local vendors to relationship manager but nothing from her. i wasted 22k. 99acres is a fraud

It's VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, DISGUSTING, SHAMELESS and CARELESS from 99acres commission craving agent for UNNECESSARY AND UNWANTED calling for the listed property on 99acres.

One property was listed on 99acres and for the same there was a call from the SILLY STUPID GREEDY 99acres agent named abhishek gautam on Friday to take a package, but even after denial from the owner he tried bribing by giving some UNWANTED AND UNNECESSARY discount in the package and from him it was the last day for the discount on Friday. But even telling him let me think and if necessary I will call on Tuesday but he was so GREEDY that he could not wait for Tuesday he CRAVED FOR THE COMMISSION so much that on Monday he called but couldn't convince me for the same.

The 99acres are FALSELY BOASTING to list the properties on their website freely but letting these types of CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOTS to disturb the privacy by UNNECESSARY AND UNWANTED calling. If any customer needs any package on 99acres the customer will himself choose it by visiting their website, and will not allow these types of CHEAP COMMISSION CRAVING AGENTS to call them.

The COMMISSION CRAVING AGENTS of 99acres have no rights to DISTURB or FORCE to buy any package on 99acres.

Suddenly my payd add disepear. Only problems with these guys payed 16.000 rupees. But add was only 1 day. System problems.

99acres.com is by far the worst organization I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and seemingly designed to steal your money. They promise support and service, but in reality, you get poor communication, zero accountability, and endless excuses.

This company does not care about clients and treats everyone like a walking wallet. I strongly warn anyone considering their services – save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Very POOR service by 99acres Customer support system… They give you full assurance for services, but once you buy their services the staff doesn’t respond…

It’s a scam. Don’t ever pay! I have wasted INR 20K.

I would recommend not to opt for any assisted services as it worthless. No output coming from this service. Even normal listing with advance self service plan is way better than the assisted plus. Do not waste your money by opting this service. They are not able to convince and schedule a visit with in 3 months. With my reference I had scheduled 3 visits in two months whereas they are able to schedule only 1 visit in whole 3 months of service. RMs are assigned with multiple properties and they not able to focus on our properties.
I have wasted my 15k with 99 acres assisted plus plan in Bangalore location and not satisfied with their service. They committed to post the add in different other platform but that will only for 10 days and no leads generated from these platforms.

I am not prepared to pay anything to them at this point. I informed them not to contact me for payment s number of time. They continued to spam me daily several times. So I delisted my listing. Will never post there.

Its a fake and fraud company. I paid them Rs 20,000 for selling my property in Kolkata and after getting the money there was no result . They keep on giving fake promises before getting the money but all are blaff .Never pay them any package ,take their free service .Once they get your money they will forget you .Bunch of cheaters and blaffers.

Extremely poor service, especially after you do a paid upgrade. No new leads, and worse, you cannot even log in, so no way to edit or track your paid listing! WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Agents put up fake ads for leads and also I got to know through agents that 99 acres sends our details to all agents as soon as you just initiate a search

Zero Buyer Visits Despite Promises: We live in a metro city where buyer visits typically peak over the weekend. They claimed there are 130 active buyers actively searching, yet I haven’t seen a single visit in recent days. This is not just disappointing—it’s misleading.

No RM Support or Backup: The Relationship Manager is frequently unavailable over weekend probably due to weekoff, and I’ve received no communication about who is handling scheduling in her absence. This lack of continuity is unacceptable.

Escalation Ignored: I’ve been requesting a callback and escalation since yesterday. Still no response. This silence is not just poor service—it’s negligence.

Non-Functional RM Contact: The RM’s number is now unreachable. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Who is accountable?

Broken Promises on Scheduled Visits: I was told there would be a visit over the weekend. That didn’t happen, and no one has bothered to update me. Who is taking ownership here?

When I hadn’t subscribed to your service, I was bombarded with daily calls and lofty promises. Now that I’ve paid, I’m left chasing updates and clarity. This reversal in treatment is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability.

i am writing this review about this web site . pls guys do not post any kind of Ad in this website once you post an Ad these guys will kill you by calling day and night for buying package if you need it or don't .
my experience with them is so worse with difference in time i posted an Ad for renting property in the month of august 2025 and after few days i deleted the post how ever i keep on telling that i don't need any kind of help or i don't want to take any kind of package as because i got my work done locally still they keep on calling for selling there package after several time telling them politely they keep on calling each an every day .After getting Pissed of with there calls i am writing these review. These guys don't have any work they only concentrate in selling there package.
