Helpful and I did everything I needed to.

My advisor always makes time for me, is readily available and turns business into pleasure. He ensures I'm confident with decisions and ramifications and is very reassuring. He obviously takes great pride in delivering service.

Cannot fault at all. Daughter received an email the day before her 18th birthday. She reinvested some money and requested to withdraw the rest. She had to upload photo ID and bank details. This was in her account within 6 days (3 working days as there was a weekend and bank holiday within that). No hassle at all, would definitely recommend

opened a child trust account and now that she would like to withdraw some funds, it's almost bloody impossible to do so. When she calls them, she is told to go online, but there are no instructions on how to proceed, nor are there any options. The online interface is ridiculous and not user-friendly at all.

Great child trust fund we have had for many years (when formerly Children's Mutual). Easy to save for children and online portal enables you to set up DDs quickly and easily and check amounts of funds etc.
