Charged extra for subscription, but good company overall, services were good but no longer required as well

Si fuera posible, no le pondría ninguna estrella, usan una técnica publicada desde Facebook para estafar a la gente, prometiendo un scooter a un bajo precio y respondiendo una encuesta para que ese dinero al final se vea reflejado en una suscripción para su página. Que bajo que ocupen practicas así. No lo recomiendo

Edith was very helpful!!!! BUT this is Just a scam, signing up to subscriptions without it being made clear. Supposed to win competitions but u don't and you can receive a refund when u complain. Customer service just wants good reviews instead of actually being helpful.

I feel that they are misleading the customers. I paid for something that was said to be free.

Paid delivery on what I thought was a promotion for a leading skin care product! Took money out of my CC 3 days later, for this company and the paper lip one!

Lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera mejor, fueron los tiempos de respuesta al mandar correo para resolver mi problema, en verdad que fue muy rapido y eficiente.

Lo que hace bien esta empresa es que se tiene a una persona contestando los correos o al menos así lo sentí, que fue una persona quien me atendió y no un robot que solo envía ciertos procesos a seguir.
