This company does a great job working with you and they care about their clients.

I placed an order and used the incorrect shipping address. I email the company to change the shipping address to the billing address. Someone got back to me right away. Asked a few questions to verify my identity. Easy peasy. So much easier than deleting and reordering.

had an issue sent an email they responded in less than an hour got my issue resolved in less than 2 minutes and im happy they happy we all happy plus they gained some trust and a future customer so kudos and awesome job from this customer service.

Company shipped wrong item. Received another customer's order. Wrong shipping label placed on box. Contacted support. Mary was great at getting the situation resolved in as prompt a manner as was possible. Awaiting re-shipment.

I accidentally hit the purchase button and reached out to their customer service and they were extremely quick to respond and get my ordered canceled. I honestly plan to make a purchase in the future and with this interaction I most definitely will. The customer service was top notch!!!

This was our first time ordering from ForeverwickCandle, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

We were so excited to receive these beautiful skull candles for boo baskets we were putting together. The candles themselves are absolutely stunning, which honestly makes this situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, our entire order arrived completely destroyed. The packaging did not seem sufficient to protect the candles during shipping, and we were left with essentially nothing but broken pieces and money spent.

We contacted the company hoping they would help make the situation right. We were offered three options: store credit, having the candles resent if we paid shipping again, or a partial refund. While we appreciate that they responded, none of these options felt fair to us. We did not package the candles, and we certainly didn't damage them. Why should we have to spend additional money to receive the products we originally paid for?

The idea of accepting store credit is also difficult when our first experience resulted in an order arriving completely destroyed. It doesn't give us much confidence in placing another order when the original packaging wasn't sufficient to protect the product in the first place.

It's truly unfortunate because the candles themselves are gorgeous, and we absolutely would have considered becoming lifelong customers if this situation had been handled differently.

We aren't leaving this review because we expected perfection. We simply hoped the company would take responsibility for a product that arrived unusable and work with us toward a solution that didn't leave us either spending more money or accepting a loss. Unfortunately, we walked away feeling extremely disappointed with both the packaging and the way the situation was handled.

Reached out due to an order not being delivered when it was supposed to be. They were quick with their response and said if I hadn't received the oreder by a certain date, they wopuld work with me to rectify the situation.
Very good compnay to do work with. My daughter absolutely loves her candles!

I cant wait to buy my first candles for my friends family and myself its so exciting

Great products! And the candles sents are great!! Not to mention getting a diamond surprise at the end of the candle!

I thought it would be nice to treat myself and i really love skulls so I ordered from here. The box arrived not properly taped shut on one side an pulled open on the other side. I tried to submit a claim via the website and by calling and they just keep asking for more clear information like I haven't sent several photos an paragraphs. There's also glass all over in this box which is very unsafe and so i dont want to keep digging in it just to take another photo. My husband already cut his foot from when we brought the box into the house and I almost cut my hand taking the photos of the damages

I have bought 14 of these candles from official site. I recently got them checked by a jewellers and the diamonds are fake. Dont even show on the diamond meter!!! They havnt got much of a smell. Im very disappointed and shouldnt fake advertisie!!!!

I had a horrible experience with Forever Wick\. I spent a significant amount of money expecting to receive a quality product, and unfortunately, my candle arrived completely empty\. After spending that much, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating\.

I feel like I wasted my time and money, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Forever Wick to anyone\. I would definitely think twice before spending your hard\-earned money here\.

I really appreciate their honest truth about their diamonds 💎 I am so excited that I found out about them. And I can’t wait to get a real diamond 💎 from them to see for myself soon. I want to give Thanks 🙏 to Forever Wick Candles!

I ordered a Carmel sparkle candle. I got a floral non sparkle candle. Then found out to return it I have to pay to send it back. Will not buy from again.

Amazing customer service as well as very quick responses through email, would recommend.

The order came promptly and packaged well.The candle smells amazing
And the bath bomb left my skin soft.
