Their customer service was really good. Our package got lost at one point which was stressful, but they were replying pretty fast and even over the weekend. Also nice that I didn’t have to explain everything again to a new person each time.

We got the knobs and handles for our new house and honestly they look even better in person. Didn’t expect to care this much about hardware lol but it really pulled everything together.

Ordering for the whole house felt super overwhelming at first… But forgehardware made it so much easier. They answered all my questions and suggested getting samples, which honestly helped a ton with deciding. So glad I did that!!

Company was so awful with customer service and would not help me with an item lost in transit. Someone named "Cathy" was very demeaning, petty, and just outright rude to me when I tried following up about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Almost seems like the company doesn't exist and is a scam.

To continue--"Frankie" from the company called me to "provide a solution" but he continued to argue with me, never spoke of a solution until I had to argue it out of him. He continued to berate me and then tried to make a deal with me to remove the review if he re-sent the 1 item to my new address. It is a door handle folks, not worth all of this trouble and not something I want that badly, but I am SHOCKED at the disrespect. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The timing you are reflecting is wrong and honestly, still shocking that you're not seeking a solution and instead arguing on the review website -- all over a door handle. I can own up that at the end of the aggressive response from your customer service rep I became upset (rightfully so) and ultimately ended the conversation because she was not going to and I could not believe what was happening. There was no C word, except for maybe Cathy? The bribe to REMOVE my review was very low and just shows this company's integrity. I also had to end the phone call with you because you would not stop yelling at me. All over a door handle folks.

I was very impressed with Forge hardware studio who was able to ship my order on the same day it was placed after I contacted their customer service. The new closet doors handles arrived the day after that. Thank you again!

We had a great experience with Forge. They helped us meet some very short deadlines for a large project. We were grateful for all the assistance which would have been difficult to get from a larger company.

Just Brilliant.
I ordered my item on January the 9th and it arrived here in Athens Greece within 3 days.
I needed a customs declaration and within an hour had received one.
Nothing arrives in Greece under 3 weeks usually ... even if it is sent from Greece.
A very special company and service... so rare today and I am sure a lovely product. Caroline

I found cabinet hardware that I really loved, and I ordered it. The website was beautiful and easy to navigate, and communication with them was perfect. The order arrived very timely and I am in love with what I chose! Aged brass handles that feel really nice. They have a great weight to them, and I think they will look spectacular in our new build. Highly recommend!

Everything about my experience with Forge Hardware Studio was FANTASTIC. The company’s communication regarding my order was excellent and much to my delight, I received my order within two days! The best part of my experience was opening the box. I knew from their web site that the product was going to be nice, I just didn’t know how nice. The hardware was absolutely stunning and the weight, very substantial. To say I was overjoyed would be an understatement; this hardware exceeded my expectations in every possible way! If you are hesitant to buy such a critical kitchen component on line without seeing and feeling the product in person, don’t be. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

DON"T BUY FROM FORGE HARDWARE. They just resell other brands by renaming them; I received knobs labelled Emtek - just get them directly w/o the mark up.

Falsely claimed returned products were damaged.

Forge were amazing! I’d been trying to source a particular handle for a while but because I’m in Australia, no one would ship it to me. Then I found Forge. They sourced the handles and had them shipped directly to me. I literally had my handles in less than a week. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service from Forge. Thank you!!

Atrocious Customer Service
I had the unfortunately experience of trying to solve an issue with Forge Hardware this morning. They shipped the incorrect items. Their resolution was to have me place a new order (an additional $127). They provided me a free return label though for which they reminded me was on their dime. So that was nice. But not my issue because they shipped the incorrect items. They refused to ship me the correct items express while I returned the incorrect items in parallel. Unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning to Forge Hardware.

Customer Service was Terrible. When I reported missing parts for Hill Management, they dismissed my issue and claimed I was wrong. After returning the product, they refused to refund me, stating it was damaged. I STRONGLY advise against buying from this company.

Wow! Product came in great time and handles and hooks were gorgeous. I miscalculated didn’t order enough. Emailed customer service and they sent me additional pieces super fast! I would order again. Great experience.

I am renovating my home office and just ordered the pulls and hardware and couldn't be happier!! I had first ordered some hardware on Amazon and hated it. After I received hardware from Forge and loved them!! They are going to look amazing

Horrible customer service. They refused to refund me for three knobs that were returned according to their return policy and refused to send them back even though I paid for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service, my items both were received with scratches on them. I asked for a refund and was told to handle them with care when opening the package. As if it was my fault they were shipped with screws in the same packaging. Would not recommend.
