All the miniatures had great detail! They were packaged neat and securely. The only thing is one of the bows were broken when they arrived but with some quick alterations I fixed it. Other than that I... もっと見る

Minis were of the quality I expected…

Minis were of the quality I expected (not great but decent for $), but nearly half of them were broken in some way.

Eastern Wraiths…

Models were very well packaged to prevent any transit damage. They were all as detailed in the photograph on the website. Most of the supports had been removed. The package arrived within a reasonable time after I had placed the order.
When I have the money spare,I will be buying more miniatures from them.

Brilliant models

Brilliant models, they arrived before the emails letting me know they'd been posted which was impressive but then left me a bit confused when I got a later email my order was in the post!

Models arrived on time and were well printed and cleaned. Good quality resin too

everything is ok but be careful to give the right number of bases please

Everything is quite ok, it's a shame that I received fewer 25mm bases than I needed.
For the rest everything is ok, no broken pieces and beautiful miniatures!
Precise packaging and very well done!

Excellent service

Excellent service. There was a problem with the post service, which caused my order to be returned to sender. Sam offered printing a new batch of miniatures and send them ASAP so I could have them in my hands without having to wait for another week or so. And without extra cost! Also the miniatures look excellent, and the packaging was very carefully done.

Great customer service

Asked them if they could speed up the process because I had a tournament the next week and was able to get it out In a day or 2
Amazing customer service great looking minis shipped really quickly and all arrived undamaged
