All the miniatures had great detail! They were packaged neat and securely. The only thing is one of the bows were broken when they arrived but with some quick alterations I fixed it. Other than that I... もっず芋る

I'm pleased to hear you were happy with the models, packaging, and overall experience. We've actually acted on your feedback straight away and have moved our estimated dispatch times much higher up on product pages so they're visible before adding items to the basket. We've also added a "Need it sooner?" contact option so customers can get in touch if they're working to a deadline.

One thing worth noting is that dispatch times and delivery services are separate. Whilst our estimated dispatch times vary depending on the items ordered, upgrading to Tracked 24 still means your parcel will arrive more quickly once it has been dispatched, so it's still worthwhile if you're in a hurry.

All the miniatures had great detail! They were packaged neat and securely. The only thing is one of the bows were broken when they arrived but with some quick alterations I fixed it. Other than that I had a great experience with forgemaster and with be buying from them again!

Excellent, all round - there had been a small mishap with my order but they sorted it out by e-mail very quickly and made me feel that everything was being handled professionally.

The figures are beautifully and


The figures are beautifully and imaginatively crafted with superb detail and in good poses. There was a small amount of cleaning to do but this was easy.
It took 14 days from ordering for the package to be shipped and another 3 after that to arrive; a bit excessive but perhaps there were mitigating circumstances and this was not normal.
Overall quite pleased especially with the quality of the figures.

Thank you for your glowing review Michael :D Whilst your order was placed on the 3rd April, our minions at the Forge had done a runner the night before and weren't rounded up back to work until the following Tuesday. They mentioned something about a magical egg-laying bunny, a thing called "Easter", bank holidays, worker's rights... honestly, I don't know where they come up with this stuff! They're even going on about not one, but TWO May Bank holidays coming up, despite the fact I keep reminding them we're not even a bank! We'll give them an extra lashing, but do please do bear in mind that if banks are closed in future dates, then our minions will probably be doing a runner on those days too ;)
