I am very pleased with my experience with Sirius Skills. The level of support, professionalism and guidance I received throughout my qualification journey has been exceptional.

I started this course a while ago whilst juggling, long covid, perimenopause Autism and ADHD. All of which can affect my energy& focus.

Everyone I dealt with were more than accommodating, kind and encouraging. This created the best environment for me to increase my confidence and use what I had started to learn practically straight away.

Having the skills and qualification that comes with this course has already given me the opportunity to work with organisations that celebrate my differences and for me to work in a way that is in alignment with my unique way of being.

I am super grateful to have found both the course and Sirius and look forward to training with them again soon

The content was informative

I recently completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care course with Sirius Social Care Training, and I had a very positive experience overall.
The course material was well-structured, up-to-date, and easy to follow, which made balancing study alongside work much more manageable. The online learning system was straightforward to use and allowed me to track my progress effectively throughout the programme.
What stood out the most was the level of support from the tutoring team. They were consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed guidance. Their feedback was clear and constructive, which really helped me maintain a high standard in my assignments.
The course is also very competitively priced compared to others on the market, offering great value for the quality of education and support provided.
I’ve now successfully completed the qualification and would definitely recommend this course to others working in adult social care who are looking to progress into leadership and management roles.

Rhian has been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging from the very beginning of my course. She consistently provided clear guidance, ensuring that I fully understood each unit and what was required to meet the criteria. Her ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps made the learning process much less overwhelming and more enjoyable.

My experience was fairly consistent and both my assessors were very knowledgeable and understanding
The way they explained the process to me open my eyes they also understood that I was a older person and not very robust in the technology world
I couldn’t have asked for a better set of people to work with.

The course was fantastic, robust, informative, clear and analytical.
I like how it interwove the fostering standards with the secure model to help with the analysis. I also like the easy to understand use of language, real scenario examples.
I also like that the secure model could be used to support staff working in children's homes.
To improve it further, it would be good to include more recent serious case review examples.

I work in Adult Social Care and I wanted to explore another area of Social Work so I signed up for the Form F Assessor Training. The training was very well executed by the trainer who encouraged engagement. I was the only one on the course without substantial children's social care experience however the trainer encouraged me to seek out local IFA's. I reached out and one got back to me, now I have been hired as an independent Form F Assessor.

This is great training. The trainer facilitated the training at a steady pace. It included a lot of participation which was a great way of learning, especially if Form F assessment are new to you.

This was an informative and engaging course. There was lots of opportunities to contribute comments and raise queries.
The pace was spot on - not dragging on; it felt relaxed so we were all able to discuss themes without feeling rushed.
The tutor was engaging, encouraging and down to earth- he made us feel comfortable so we were able to share our thoughts.

I was dreading the training given what I have read and hear about Form F training. However my apprehension was far gone. The training was presented in a calm and informative way with videos.
The materials so rich and professional. It made the completing of Form F simple.
Sharing case reviews and video of a CLA going to a placement is also excellent. I am a virtual learning hence the training was brought to live for me. Thank you

It was really informative, set at the right pace for me with lots of reading materials to refer back to and contact number provided if I need support.

This was a really good training day. There weren't many participants so this gave everyone the opportunity to participate and offer an opinion and join in the discussions. Shaun was an excellent facilitator who gave everyone the opportunity to share their views.

The training was fantastic. The facilitator was very knowledgeable of the subject area and facilitated great reflective discussions.
