Really easy to use — signing up, uploading photos, and creating the listing was straightforward. Enquiries came through via both text messages and email, which made it easy to stay on top of everything. They even have a guide on how to sell your house privately on their site. For Sale By Owner, was an easy, straight forward way to sell our property. All the information you need is provided and the initial phone call with Paul allayed any concerns I had. Get yourself a good experienced solicitor. We engaged a photographer for photos, wrote up a description of the property and uploaded this to the portal. We preferred " By Negogiation" as our means of sale. We set open house times on the portal, met people at the door and engaged in negotiation. Once we accepted an offer we exchanged solicitors details and left it all with our solicitor. Thank you For Sale By Owner.

Sold home inner Melbourne with FSBO couple of years ago for higher than the the agent’s highest range - $1.7m.

Everything was simple, especially setting up the sales website etc.

Decided to use FSBO to lease a high spec architectural town house also inner Melbourne. Same process, same set up , very easy again. Leased the property at good price within 10 days.
