TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Co. STAY AWAY from even a phone call to this Co. They will get your name & address and with that info, pull a hard inquiry on your credit report, without your permission, not sure how they do it, however the salesman who did it to me name was Jase or chase. Very Sad that there's company's that stoop to such depths to acquire business. There very pushy in regard to selling you on there products is one clue when I look back, that should have stopped me from even giving my name!! Hell they even sent a technician to my door, I had no idea he was coming.. These sales guy's are definitely paid by commission that very obvious.. Ill be reporting this Co. to the Attorney General's office along with anywhere else I can!!! If there's management or ownership reading this review you should listen back to the recorded phone call between Jase & I..

Allen, thank you for voicing your opinion. We take all concerns seriously. In this case, we went back and listened to the call that you had with Jace. During the call, Jace was very clear that we run utility checks through equifax to verify eligibility for services. You had no hesitation in giving him your Social Security number. We have all of this recorded and invite you to come up to our headquarters if you would like to listen to the call personally. I know sometimes when setting up a new service for your home, a lot of information is given at once and sometimes people forget all that was talked about. With that said, we gladly invite you to go to the Attorney General's office to submit a complaint. But just to be clear, we did not run your credit with just your name and address. You 100% gave us your social security number and we have the recording to prove it. If you need anything else, feel free to reach out to us.

Jose was awesome
Jose was awesome - he was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. The equipment is top of the line and the overall experience was so easy! I am converting from hard wired, land line to the wireless cell technology. Being able to cancel existing service as well as land line essentially made the upgraded equipment the same monthly cost as I am paying today. The added ability to control the system remotely is what made me do the research and I found my way to Fort Knox - on day one, I couldn't be happier.

Sales guy was a bit rude and sarcastic but it was resolved ok. Alarm tech Jessie was awesome! Extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile to get us what we needed. He deserves a raise.

Jose Salazar was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job getting my alarm system up to modern standards. He took the time to explain to me how everything works. I would highly recommend him, and will choose to use him for more properties.
