We dispute this review because it is factually inaccurate and does not reflect the transaction records or the timely and extensive support provided to you.

The transaction reversals were processed on 18 July 2026 at 9:14 PM. Within minutes, we emailed you to confirm that the affected orders, including seven purchases of the same product, had been refunded due to a pricing issue, that the associated keys had been revoked, and that banks or payment providers could initially require 5–10 business days to reflect the released amounts.

You first contacted our support team on 25 July at 08:42. After checking the status with our payment provider, we responded at 08:53-only 11 minutes later. We confirmed that the reversals had been completed, explained the expected banking timeframe, and advised you to contact your card-issuing bank if the amounts were still not visible.

We continued to respond to your subsequent messages and tickets, checked the transactions multiple times, and provided you with the relevant transaction records and supporting evidence. Before you accused our business of being a scam, we advised you on at least three separate occasions -on 25, 27, and 31 July- to contact your card-issuing bank. We also specifically asked you to share your bank’s findings with us so that we could determine whether any further action was required from our payment provider.

No written response, confirmation, or transaction findings from your bank were provided to us. Instead, our business was accused of being a scam. Despite this, we did not close the case. We escalated the matter directly to the risk manager of our payment provider and requested an additional investigation.

Following that investigation, the payment provider confirmed that the reversals occurred only a few minutes after the original purchases. The transactions were therefore never cleared or posted to your bank account, and any temporarily preauthorised amounts had already been released back to your available balance.

The payment provider further confirmed that there are no posted debit or credit transactions relating to these purchases. This means that you should not expect to see separate refund entries, because the original charges were never completed in the first place. Your bank statement should show no completed charges, and your balance should remain intact.

Throughout this case, we notified you immediately after the reversals, responded promptly to your support requests, answered your first ticket within 11 minutes, checked the transactions multiple times, shared the relevant evidence with you, clearly explained the required next steps, and escalated the case to our payment provider’s risk team even though the requested feedback from your bank was never provided.

It is therefore factually incorrect to suggest that Fortuna Digital retained your money or failed to provide assistance.

If your bank confirms in writing that any of these amounts were posted as completed debits, you may submit that evidence through your existing support ticket, and we will escalate the specific transaction again.

For completeness, your account was used to make seven consecutive purchases of the same product. This activity was inconsistent with the personal, non-commercial use permitted under our Terms and Conditions. The account was therefore terminated for misuse of the service. This decision is separate from, and has no effect on, the transaction reversals described above.
