This Olivia Murphy Bed is sturdy, easy to use, and looks great in my space. Smooth mechanism, comfortable mattress, and perfect for maximizing room space. Totally worth it.

Just overall great experience there. Awesome place to get some furniture!

Been into their store a couple times. Very convenient location. Store is very organized and the interactive display for searching is fantastic. The selection and range of styles and almost unlimited so no issue finding what you need for your home or apartment

Regret ordering my sauna from them. I paid an extra $60 for expedited shipping and they wanted me to pay an extra $100 to help cover costs of shipping. Complete lack of communication on the status of my order. After much frustration and being told different things I finally found out my order was being shipped to their store in Edmonton along with the stores order of saunas and will be sent to me once they recieve it. Very unprofessional!

Beware of false information!

Had similar problems as other clients. Ordered our Olivia Murphy bed on September 28th with EXPRESS SHIPPING (60$ for 7-10 days). After 3 weeks of waiting, they send an email asking for an additional 50$ for shipping.

Asked for a full refund as per their policy, and instead of aknowleging their faults and honoring the policy, they turn around and ship it right away without consultation.

7-10 days is more like 5 weeks... doubt they will ship within 2 days as stated on social media videos.

Important to note that the model was in stock at the moment of purchase.

I have a customer who always comes into where I work for new keys and when he told me where his new location was, I knew where he was.

I stopped in just to take a look around. The first thing that I noticed besides all of the beautiful furniture and accessories was how everyone's face lit up with hello's and welcome! What an experience!

I wandered around looking at everything that is this store and I was impressed! Those single saunas make me want to take one home with me, but I don't have the room....lol. I also really appreciate pieces of art, and this place did not disappoint!

I finally got to meet and introduce myself to Valentino as I just knew him as a guy who came into where I work. He welcomed me into his store and proceeded to show me around. He also apologized for the disarray as they were moving new stock in! I really didn't mind as it was such a pleasant experience.

I'm glad that I was able to just walk around and casually look at everything that is being offered. Great selection and such pleasant management and staff! You all will go far xo

I ordered the Olivia cabinet bed from their Kelowna store on September 19th/25 and paid in full. It has been a month, and now I’ve received an email asking me to pay $50 for shipping so they can send out the item (I’m on Vancouver Island). Their online ads say “free shipping in two days”. Beware!

Amazing Sauna and one of the best experiences that I ever had with an online company! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! I got my sauna in 4 days and it is well worth the price. The support team is incredible as well!

Our sauna arrived yesterday and we were most impressed with the quality of the product and the construction. It was extremely easy to assemble as promised.
We were also impressed with the client support that we received. There was a bit of a delay in the delivery but the staff at Forward Furniture kept us informed as to when the sauna would arrive.
I would recommend highly Forward Furniture.

Their staff in the shipping department are atrocious liars , as well as being incompetent at their job; they seem to believe that the customer is a complete nittwit. I have been receiving complete garbage as follow up on my shipment. the latest after two weeks claims to have shipped and 1 day later the shipping company( whom happen to work as they should) still does not have the tracking number active( I received a shipment the day before from the same shiping company and a few hrs after shipment was picked up it was in the system, scanned at warehouse) So Forward Furniture spends more time answering( with smoke and mirrors) emails to shipping concerns than solving the problem.

Unbelievable care for their customers, they made sure I found exactly what I was after. Highly recommend!

Totally unreliable. DO NOT ORDER!
They will sit on your order for weeks and keep giving you a date of dispatch that is next week and not comply it.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration.
