We promptly provided a prepaid returns label and replaced the unit with a new one upon receipt.

The initial camera showed signs of damage that could have occurred during transport, but we are glad to hear that you are now satisfied with the resolution.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the heavy tax on shipments from the UK to Spain.
Please note that we charge no VAT / tax at purchase to ensure that any applicable charges are levied correctly and you are not charged twice.

Going forward we will look into this issue to provide clearer information.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on our page.

We're sorry to hear about the experience with your order.

All our products sold as "new" are brand new and have never been used however, some units individual packaging may have been opened to replace power supplies from EU to UK and vice-versa.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@foscam.uk.com and one of the team will be happy to help you with a replacement.
