From the outset , the care and attention from Sarah Murray was second to none. Sensitive, efficient and attentive at every point and she is a credit to your company. The organisation from everyone was first class and everything went without issue during a time that is very challenging. I would 100% recommend Fosters in your time of need

This is the second time we have used Fosters. First being for our Dads and the second being our Mums. Both times have been a very positive experience. We were always treated with care and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. It made a very difficult time for the family that bit more bareable.

Fosters in Leith were fantastic to deal with, everyone was so nice. Everything was explained clearly throughout & they made sure things went well on the day.

From the moment I walked through the Fosters door in Cumnock, although I was upset and nervous, karen who looked after my sadly missed wife was so caring and nothing was to much. Today I picked up my wife's ashes again sad and nervous again Karen was there. Exceptional service.

The support I received from Isla and the team at Fosters after the death of my husband was amazing. Isla helped with all the arrangements and Danielle and the team ensured that the service went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fosters Funeral Directors for compassionate and thoughtful support.

Each member of the team were excellent and conducted their role in a respectful and compassionate manner. Some attendees at mums funeral were so impressed they plan to use Fosters in the future.

It's clear the people who work here, do so because they care. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and some things were suggested we hadn't even thought of, which really made a difference to the last goodbye we could wish our dear Uncle. No upselling, no time pressure. The care and compassion shown at a stressful and difficult time was faultless

Funny story, if there can be in these circumstances, we actually didn't intend to call Fosters & called them by mistake.... And it was the best mistake we made, because it turned out to be the perfect funeral care we could receive.
From start to finish we were made to feel comfortable & at ease with a difficult process & situation.
Lynne @Dunfermline & her team were very understanding & knowledgeable, also the level of communication was excellent.

On visiting Lynne in Dunfermline any funeral arrangement anxieties we had were taken away. We were made to feel at ease and guided through every step of the process. The Dunfermline funeral home is comfortable and bright which helps make the difficult tasks a bit easier. Lynne, in the weeks leading up to mums funeral and Lynne and the Fosters team on the day were exceptional in their support and guidance ensuring our wishes were carried out exactly - checking in at various points before, during and after the funeral. The co-ordination with one point of contact made things easier with Lynne making initial contact with our choice of hotel, minister and piper on our behalf.

I would say do not hesitate in contacting Lynne in Dunfermline or in using Fosters as a whole.

With nothing too much bother for Lesley and Georgia they explained everything and answered any questions I had. They made sure everything was as I wanted and on the day the cars and the staff were very caring and professional and the celebrant was very good and delivered a lovely service

At a very difficult time staff were helpful and respectful, good advice was offered all the way through arranging the funeral, on the day every event ran like clockwork, cars were immaculate, no hesitation in recommending this company, 10 out of 10

My dad prearranged his funeral with Fosters (NewtonMearns Branch). Treatment off Undertakers was disgusting, never spoke to us at all before,during or after funeral, never offered condolences, person dealing Marie or Maria was meant to call me but never recieved a call. Can't say they didn't know I was his Daughter as I am his only child and, myself and my family were in the front row and it was obvious that we were his family by how upset we were, plus the fact they asked my son to help carry his coffin so they knew were his family but chose not to speak to us or treat us as his family. This funeral was the most disgusting and dreadful funeral I have ever attended because of the way were were treated so disrespectfully by this undertaker. Apart from that the funeral was a nice set up. The humorous used was lovely and was the only person there that came and spoke to us. I contacted Fosters after to find out about collecting his ashes. The woman on the front desk that answered was wonderful and invited me to come in to collect a share of my dad, she treated us better than the staff attending the funeral and was very welcoming and spoke to me and my daughter for a good hour about my dad and his life. After my experience with this undertakers I would not recommend using them.
