Lynne was down to earth, very helpful and compassionate. She guided us through a very difficult time with ease. She truly loves her job and for these reasons I give Fosters a 5 star rating.

Excellent service and communication at all levels of my experience. Nothing too much trouble when we wanted to make any changes . Such kindness and understanding from Sharon at Ayr branch in such a difficult time . Extremely grateful mum had her funeral on via fosters making everything so much better for us .

From the beginning right to the end fosters where so lovely ,so compassionate with me dealing with my uncle's passing particularly karen lovely lovely person, no matter how big or small she was there at hand can't thank her enough from the bottom of my heart ,fosters I highly recommend if you have lost a loved one 100%.

It was a smooth and respectful experience from my first meeting with Angela at the Stirling branch, then liaising with mark the celebrant and finally guided by Andy on the day. Thank you for all your hard work to make sure my dad got the send off he deserves.

Excellent experience with Newton Meatns branch. Marie,Rachel and the team on the ground excellent . Marie worked hard to ensure we got the dates we needed due to family commitments. Real professional set up and everything done with utmost respect . Would have no hesitation using Fosters and in particularly Newton Mearns in future.

Fosters did a great job of my husband's funeral arrangements and were very helpful and friendly.

The people who worked there were very understanding and patient.

When our Mum passed away 2nd March 2025 in Sauchie Community Hospital Lorna at Foster’s Funeral Home, Alloa was lovely and empathetic to our needs and made us feel welcomed.
Lorna cared for us as well as mum and told us step by step details of mums “No Frill” funeral that was mums wishes.

Lorna knew I had to get back to Blackpool and carried out my wishes speedy and efficiently.

A really excellent service. They provided a very thoughtful and efficient service from the start when I went to book them until the end on the day of the funeral.

All the staff were extraordinarily kind and patient. Very understanding and tremendously helpful.

Fosters were amazing right from start to finish. We had great communication from day dot. Very professional but also very understanding and kind. It was very easy to put things in place. We live in Dundee and travelled to Perth to put my mums funeral together. Very easy to find the office. Jess who helped us put everything together was amazing. She showed us everything we wanted to see and was in contact any time we needed her to be. Her knowledge and understanding while we were going through this tough time was very helpful. Jess made sure our ideas for the service booklet and slide show were perfect. I honestly can't say anything bad in the slightest. For us everything was exactly how we imagined and more. On the day we didn't have to worry about anything as everything went great. We're so happy we picked Fosters and are glad that my dad has a funeral plan in place for when it's his time. No need to worry about anything. We're grateful for everyone involved.

From start to finish Angela, (front of house) at the Stirling branch made the family feel that she was there to assist us in making the arrangements for our brother's send off as fitting as it could be. We asked for additional work commitments that were not normally part of the package, and in all cases these requests were met in full. It felt like, she went above and beyond.
The whole team were immaculately dressed at all times and professional throughout, they conducted themselves in an exemplary manner. We couldn't fault them.
The venue was far superior to any others that we looked at and very competitively priced and provided a smart, clean respectful space to have the service. Whilst providing the necessary facilities to have family photographs and music playing when required.

In summary, we would have no hesitation in recommending Fosters Family Funeral Directors to anyone in need of their services, because they have the family's needs and concerns as their number one priority, whilst providing a first class service.

I would not hesitate in recommending Fosters Funeral Directors. Karen at the Cumnock branch was excellent throughout. With her guidance and professionalism, we were able to organise a fitting send off to our loved one. Everything went perfectly on the day and we would like to extend our gratitude to all staff members who assisted us.

Very professional, understanding and nothing was too.much to ask during the hard time organising my father's funeral.

Caroline and Kerry at Fosters were so compassionate and caring in the way they arranged and kept my family and I updated with everything to do with my Dads funeral. At a sad time, they made sure we were looked after and I felt like they really cared for my sister and I. Thank you do much. I cant recommend Fosters enough.
