I’ve been working with Found Recruitment Solutions for a while now, and my experience has been really positive. They’ve always been professional, supportive, and quick to find me warehouse shifts when work is available.
Whenever a warehouse needs staff, the team at Found contacts me straight away with all the details — shift times, location, and what the job involves. Communication is clear and they’re always easy to reach if I have any questions or need help with something on site.
Payments have always been on time, and the staff are friendly and respectful. I also appreciate that they check in to make sure everything is going well at each placement.
Working through Found has given me the flexibility to pick up regular work and experience in different warehouses, which has helped me build skills and confidence.
