I don’t usually get active here but this situation has compelled me to do so.

Let me make you all aware of an unprofessional company FoundIt are basically a group of people like Imran Ali and others etc who make false commitments of overseas interviews services on the false pretext that they have some recruitment partners.

I feel it’s important to raise awareness about a deeply troubling experience I’ve had with this company offering overseas interviews scheduling services under the name of FoundIt Career Services.

In October last year, we paid a significant amount (403 USD) for their services. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were not provided with a single interview opportunity as promised. When we asked for a update, no response.

This experience has not only caused financial loss but emotional distress. Wasted my valuable time and money trusting them.

The goal is not to defame, but to inform — and to ensure others don’t fall into the same situation. If you’ve had a similar experience, please reach out. Let’s work together toward accountability.

WARNING: The "Foundit" Premium Service Trap – A Multi-Stage Scam Targeting Senior Professionals
I am writing this to warn my professional network and the global recruitment community about the fraudulent practices currently being operated by Foundit (formerly Monster). After 60+ days of being ghosted and robbed of $594, I am exposing their "Premium Service" for what it truly is: a job-scraping scheme disguised as professional career assistance.
The Modus Operandi: How the Scam Works
Foundit targets senior professionals looking for international roles (SG, HK, Gulf). They promise "exclusive access" and "senior recruiter visibility." In reality, they simply scrape public job boards job listings, and that too, expired and outdated ones. For Singapore, they provide links to MyCareerFuture—a portal strictly restricted to local citizens—rendering the "premium access" you paid for completely useless. They promise you some sort of special visibility to recruiters and employers, directly skipping the regular hiring process, which is just wordplay with no concrete working to show for it.
The Cast of Characters (The "Ghosting" Chain):
If you are approached by any of the following individuals, exercise extreme caution. They operate in a relay race of misinformation:
• Manish Nanda “The Bait”: The architect of the initial lie. Manish excels at overselling "instant opportunities" and "existing recruiter queries." Once the payment is processed, he vanishes. He stayed active just long enough to lock me into two regions before disappearing into the shadows.
• Komal Jain “The Deflector”: When I raised formal technical complaints, Komal appeared to "take notice." However, the moment I provided documented proof that their job links were non-functional for international candidates, she ceased all communication.
• Imran Ali “The Enforcer” : The Senior Account Manager who only surfaces when you demand a refund. His sole function is to weaponize the "No Refund Policy" to protect the money they took under false pretenses. He offers zero solutions, only legalistic stonewalling.
• Rajeev Ranjan “The Time-Waster”: A junior manager assigned to "manage" the frustration. Rajeev’s job is to keep you hooked with promises of "corrective measures" that never happen and "meetings with senior management" that are never scheduled. He is the human embodiment of a delay tactic.
The Technical Reality
Foundit has zero technical expertise in international recruitment. They are charging hundreds of dollars for information you can find on Google for free. When their platform fails to deliver, they hide behind a "digital product" clause to refuse refunds.
To Foundit Leadership: This is no longer a private grievance. You have my $470, but you are losing your brand's integrity. I have documented every broken promise and every ghosted email.
My demand remains simple: A full refund for the non-delivered APAC services and the promised balance for the Gulf portal. Professionals: Do not let the "Monster" legacy fool you. Foundit is a shell of a recruitment firm, operating a pay-to-play scam. Please share this to save others from the same financial loss from these Monsters.

Their system submitted my job application before I was finished. I could not retract it so I emailed for support, without any response.

When the marketing agent called me to upsell me, I told her about it and asked if they could remove my application and she HUNG UP ON ME!

This site cannot even manage the most basic of tasks and I will never touch it again. I advise anyone reading to do the same.

Please if you happen to see my review please save yourself from signing up from their career booster services, they prey on vulnerable people who are desperately looking for jobs, they will chase you keeping calling to you till you pay them the money and then ghost you. This is the last place you want to be when you’re already trying to make ends meet. There will not be any help at all. It’s a big amount of money for no help,please BEWARE!

Their so-called “Job recommendation for you” isn’t really about recommending jobs — it’s just bait for their funnel to get you to subscribe to a premium service, typically delivered by agents with heavy Indian accents.

When I was approached, they offered a “booster package” supposedly to help secure interviews. In reality, all they gave was a mock interview conducted by someone who clearly lacked real HR or hiring experience — you can tell immediately they’re not the kind of professionals you'd be meeting in an actual interview.

When I raised this concern with customer support, they either ignored me or responded emotionally, even begging me not to file a complaint.

TLDR – It's a scammy funnel. Empty promises, mock interviews by underqualified staff, and poor customer support. Avoid.

I engaged Found It with high expectations, based on their initial promises of professionalism and timely delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

Despite a clear agreement on project timelines and progress updates, communication from their side quickly deteriorated. For nearly a month, I received no updates, no responses to follow-ups, and no evidence of meaningful progress. Repeated outreach was met with silence, reflecting a lack of accountability and basic professionalism.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially after commitments were made in writing. In my view, Found It has failed to uphold even the most fundamental aspects of client service and project management.

I have since requested a full refund, as the service delivered falls far below the agreed scope — and well below industry standards.

I would advise others to proceed with caution. Reliability and transparency are essential in any business relationship — and sadly, Found It did not deliver on either.

Do not sign up for their premium service. They basically copy paste job descriptions to ‘improve your resume’, the job matching is not relevant to your skillset. Opportunities in listed in the platform are not updated and not much new listings. I only received emails from third party recruiters for non relevant roles in other countries. It seems they also share your information to others like financial advisor recruiters. I have emailed to their support team multiple times with no response. After you signed up for resume editing and paid profile promising visibility on their platform, you will get multiple calls from multiple different people who tried to upsell you more packages. Overall it’s not worth it!

After registering on their website, I received 2 missed calls from Malaysia and Singapore. I tried calling back but no response.
Today I received an email from "Mohammed" stating he was trying to reach me from "Foundit" as I requested a call back (I didn't).

I then got a chat via Whatsapp from Mohammed, then a Whatsapp call. He offered me full Resume, cover letter, mock interview and access to APAC and Gulf located roles for $500. He assured within 6 months if nothing, I would be given another 3 months extension.

At first I thought it was worth it since according to him, I should expect roles paying up to $16k per month.

Immediately I agreed, he sends an invoice to my email. I told him I would settle either today or tomorrow. But he seemed concerned I wasn't planning to pay immediately - and that was the red flag.

I decided to check reviews on Trust Pilot, and I was relieved that I did.

Never pay for anything you are being rushed to do and be weary of calls from India being re-routed via VoIP through other countries. They CANNOT be trusted!!

Feels like a scam, all you might get out of it is a resume. A guy contacted me (Solomon) and said he would be my account manager. Very responsive and very keen to help, then I pay money for the various services offered and never hear from him again. Foundit did create my resume, which I have tweaked but it is not worth the amount of money paid. I was then asked to pay more so they could align my foundit profile with Linkedin. No thanks, Linkedin is fine and so far all the jobs I am being contacted for in my alerts are not suitable. I am doing a far better job myself.

Super poor phone call service when this guy with a super thick Indian accent called me and asked if I wanna be their premium member and I said I am also using other website, hence he asked if I am other website premium member and I said No, so he tried to convince me to sign up with them and when my reply 'No, it is ok as', before I even finished my sentence, he just immediately hung up on me.

Please learn proper customer service and please save your time! This kinda super attitude won't get you anymore!

I wanted to take time to write this as my experience was awful enough to want to warn others from wasting their time.

After signing up on the website, I’ve received multiple marketing mails and a phone call where a very rude man with a thick accent gave me lots of attitude as if I was the one bothering him, and when I found out it was a sales call and said I wasn’t interested he abruptly hung up.

I strongly suspect all the reviews on this trustpilot are from their own employees, and this is a sham website run by underpaid Indians.

Avoid and save your time

I took the services for Singapore market whereas I was in India and Shrey who was my account manager explained me every single details about the services and how it is going to work I was impatient after paying but after waiting for 2 weeks I got 3-4 opportunities and I gave the Interview and finalized one and that too from Singapore and a hike of 270% of the salary and also the visa for my entire family was taken care by the company side from where I got the offer and best part that I don't have to pay anything after getting the job as If I have went through the consultancies they would have taken 3-4 months of the salary of mine , So highly recommended.

I visited this platform before purchasing the services and decided not to invest in the premium service. I spoke to the senior account manager Mr Nikhil and understood the value for the services.

Resume work was topnotch, got my resume within 5 working days. The writers worked hand in hand and helped me create a resume. The process helped me in understanding everything I have done for my past employer.

Later I was assisted with Linkedin makeover. Job assistance did not give me relevant notifications in the first few weeks, later modified the profile according to the relevant keywoods based on AI.

The entier package was for 549SGD Senior level

Worth spending for my time and let the professionals do their job.
