I purchased the Foundit Gulf Premium subscription after it was sold to me by their agent Shaikh Moeen Baba, who clearly stated that Foundit has a strong recruiter network in the Gulf region, exclusive job listings, and the ability to push my CV internally to hiring teams.

Unfortunately, my experience has been completely opposite.

After subscribing:

I started receiving India-based job opportunities, not Gulf roles.

I did not see a single genuine UAE/GCC recruiter reviewing or engaging with my profile.

Most job listings on the portal appear to be pulled from LinkedIn, offering no added value over applying directly.

The platform itself felt unfinished and unstable — I even had to get on calls with their tech/product team to highlight and help fix basic issues.

I raised these concerns multiple times with:

Komal Jain (Customer Manager)

Rohith Poola (Operations Manager)

Vineetha Shetty (Product Team)

Unfortunately, the escalation emails and follow-ups led to no meaningful resolution. Communication became slow or stopped altogether once serious issues were raised.

What was most concerning:

I was contacted by so-called “recruiters” listed on the platform who later tried to sell paid placement services instead of discussing real job opportunities.

Even simple corrections (for example, forms missing AED currency for a Gulf portal) were not handled properly.

When I asked for a refund due to non-delivery of promised services, the response was rigid and unhelpful.

Overall, this felt less like a premium job search service and more like a product that is still under development, yet being sold at a high price with overpromised capabilities.

I strongly advise job seekers to be cautious, get all commitments in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances before purchasing any premium plans.

I was contacted by the company and offered what was presented as excellent recruitment services. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

The only services actually delivered were CV polishing, LinkedIn profile improvement, and mock interviews. There was no job promotion, no job submissions, and no outreach to employers on my behalf. I did not receive a single call or email from any company, whether for interviews, rejections, or even initial interest. I was also never informed about any new job opportunities.

I was clearly promised that if I subscribed for 6 months and did not receive any employer contact, the subscription would be extended for another 6 months. This promise turned out to be false. Once the payment was made, communication stopped, and no one responded to my follow-ups.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will never work with them again.

After 60+ days of being ghosted and robbed of $594, I am exposing their "Premium Service" for what it truly is: a job-scraping scheme disguised as professional career assistance.
The Modus Operandi: How the Scam Works
Foundit targets senior professionals looking for international roles (SG, HK, Gulf). They promise "exclusive access" and "senior recruiter visibility." In reality, they simply scrape public job boards job listings, and that too, expired and outdated ones. For Singapore, they provide links to MyCareerFuture—a portal strictly restricted to local citizens—rendering the "premium access" you paid for completely useless. They promise you some sort of special visibility to recruiters and employers, directly skipping the regular hiring process, which is just wordplay with no concrete working to show for it.
The Cast of Characters (The "Ghosting" Chain):
If you are approached by any of the following individuals, exercise extreme caution. They operate in a relay race of misinformation:
• Manish Nanda “The Bait”: The architect of the initial lie. Manish excels at overselling "instant opportunities" and "existing recruiter queries." Once the payment is processed, he vanishes. He stayed active just long enough to lock me into two regions before disappearing into the shadows.
• Komal Jain “The Deflector”: When I raised formal technical complaints, Komal appeared to "take notice." However, the moment I provided documented proof that their job links were non-functional for international candidates, she ceased all communication.
• Imran Ali “The Enforcer” : The Senior Account Manager who only surfaces when you demand a refund. His sole function is to weaponize the "No Refund Policy" to protect the money they took under false pretenses. He offers zero solutions, only legalistic stonewalling.
• Rajeev Ranjan “The Time-Waster”: A junior manager assigned to "manage" the frustration. Rajeev’s job is to keep you hooked with promises of "corrective measures" that never happen and "meetings with senior management" that are never scheduled. He is the human embodiment of a delay tactic.
The Technical Reality
Foundit has zero technical expertise in international recruitment. They are charging hundreds of dollars for information you can find on Google for free. When their platform fails to deliver, they hide behind a "digital product" clause to refuse refunds.
To Foundit Leadership: This is no longer a private grievance. You have my $470, but you are losing your brand's integrity. I have documented every broken promise and every ghosted email.
My demand remains simple: A full refund for the non-delivered APAC services and the promised balance for the Gulf portal. Professionals: Do not let the "Monster" legacy fool you. Foundit is a shell of a recruitment firm, operating a pay-to-play scam. Please share this to save others from the same financial loss from these Monsters.

Dont waiste your money, extremely poor service, my profile was incorrectly registered with a location in India which they couldnt change or correct in over a year, they provide CV updates with AI, they will make promises that you would find a job in 6 months to lure you. Their job matches are far from your role preferences, it's another scam...

I am completely disappointed on their service as I paid for my resume being pushed for good jobs as well as to send me good recommendations about jobs related to my profile. My expertise is sales and business development manager in events and they keep on sending me wrong job suggestions as Project manager in engineering . I had many attempts to discuss with them to change this wrong job suggestions but up to now they didn't do anything and they don't even want to return my money that I paid for.

Even though I clicked unsubscribe many times, they keep sending me notifications with job offers. Perhaps a negative review might help, but seeing the reviews here are already pretty bad I'm afraid I will just keep reporting spam.

The Foundit gulf is a looting fraud company that try to loot the job searchers.

Kindly avoid any kind of this service from them, as i was also paid for the service as they confirmed that they will assist me with recruiters as they have more clients in GULF and most of the jobs will circulate for the premium users. I paid US$ 300 for the combo service and even they didn't share a resume that suits to the market requirement. What they are doing is just transfer my data to a format without even checking the errors.

I submitted my own created resume and Foundit formatted resume to a professional person in GULF for his review and the better rating i received is for my own created resume.

They are a parasite or snatchers that want to use the situation of job seekers or the job losers in their hard time.

Scammers who just send bulk emails without truly knowing what you do to egg your money.

This company is a total fraud, all what they do is CV writing, after that you never hear from them again. Avoid them, they have absolutely nothing to offer. They charge almost $ 350 to help you find a job, but after getting the money, they only rewrite your CV and completely disappear.

I fell for a good discount on founditgulf.com for the "foundit's Featured Profile" service.
I realized there are no jobs on founditgulf.com & hence, having a profile highlighter is useless.

No metrics tell how my profile is performing before and after availing the paid service.

The most challenging part is they don't have a refund policy.

You will be better off spending your hard-earned money on better options like Naukrigulf.com.

I had paid for the founditgulf services and was promised 35 to 40 interviews in August 2024, but till now I have not even received a single interview. I lost my 23000 INR also. I would request everyone to not take their services.

Definitely the worst value for money, 300 dollars paid to get a resume written and that's about it, even though on the phone they talked about pushing my profile to companies in the GCC and that's why I paid so high for it but I ended up with a half-assed resume and cover letter that I could've paid 30 bucks for on freelancer.com

Scam company they will run behind you to pay for the service with lots of promises that you will get the job and nothing will happen and you will lose the money which you will pay to them without getting any result

It’s a scam company and I strongly recommend not to deal with this company. They know nothing about the job market nor recruitment.

They just steel your money and they don’t answer your call nor follow up.

The resume writing service is very poor and not professional at all.

Typical scammers by the book. They called me and promised many many things (finding a job in UAE, many interviews per day, professional CV, regular response and feedback) .. and the result?

- They barely delivered a CV which looked VERY BAD and didn't even bother working on it much - I actually did 90 % of the work on my CV because I paid and didn't want to feel I wasted my money, so I ended up actually doing most of the work that I paid for!

- I sent emails and WhatsApp messages to the account manager, she literally stopped responding after I paid (typical)

- They even called me AGAIN .. why? Oh .. they thought this guy pays, let's sell him more stuff - without delivering the previous package I ordered ..

- They offered to sponsor me in front of their 'Connections' , I literally got zero support, except for one call to show me stuff that are really useless on the website .. that's not what I paid for!

Conclusion: Don't trust them or give them any money .. their service is trash and their promises are all lies.

Above all else: Their english is barely understood
