Found Sound レビュー

Foundsound imported a new Eastwood OM-150 for me. They handled the ordering, import, customs, etc and finally shipping to me. The whole process took a long time due to stock shortages and other issues at Eastwood but Lewis and the team stuck with it and here I am with my excellent new guitar!
I highly recommend FoundSound to look after you!

Great communication and friendly, helpful service.
Amazing distortion pedal and price including original packing. Accurate ad description, power supply included, even though I was fully expecting to buy a new one. Will defiantly buy again, highly recommend this seller.

recently purchased eurorack modules from Found Sound website, to be sent to Malaysia. No problems whatsoever. Took about 6 days to arrive, which is standard. and i am a happy customer. Thank u Lewis

Always had great service from these guys.
You can tell they love all of this stuff and it shows.

Found Sound sold an item for me recently and were very easy and professional to deal with. I'd use them again and would definitely recommend them.

A very Professional and efficient Team. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a smoothly run service.,friendly too. This would be the 1st place I would look for music gear. Cheers, Tone.

I bought a Mastermind pbc-10 from Italy. Excellent product and excellent communication with Lewis.

Excellent customer service. Prompt processing of orders, responsive and always willing to engage. Never thought I'd be taking the Eurorack Modular plunge, but the Morphagene finally won me over. So glad I had a very pleasant experience at Found Sound in purchasing my first module......and I will no doubt be purchasing more. Aside from the customer service, I have to also say the website is one of the main reasons I had such a positive experience. It is technically informative, succinct & very easy to navigate, which is a huge relief.

Attentive and friendly staff that know their business. Very much a great experience dealing with them.

Beyond a doubt the absolute best business and staff to deal with regarding the purchase of music instruments, equipment and merchandise anywhere. Being from the USA I wasn't sure about doing business in Australia because I thought it would be too expensive considering the cost to ship... I was wrong. Found Sound has a large inventory of merchandise that are fair and competitively priced, they will work with you to get you the best deal they can offer that other's just can't match. Factor in the USD exchange currency rate advantage to the AUD and you have added purchasing power and value. I'm really impressed and would definitely do business again in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone. I want to extend a special thank you to Lewis and Dan for their exceptional customer service as they both went above and beyond. Thanks again!... very much appreciated!

Great service by the entire team. Always happy to go the extra mile!

Great guitar,quick delivery.nice n eazy,Tnxx

Based on recommendation from another music shop, I contacted Found Sound about selling my two keyboards (Nord Stage EX Compact, Korg Kronos X 73) on commission.

Lewis and Gab were excellent to deal with. They were methodical, professional and insightful in dealing with my questions and enquiries, working to ensure that pricing was on-point and updating me as required.

The gear sold in less than 4 months, and money was transferred in a timely manner.

They also have A LOT of great gear (new and second hand) on the shop floor and I would definitely consider paying them a visit when buying (or selling) more musical gear.

Highly recommended for both selling and buying quality musical equipment.

Couldn’t speak highly enough about the help I received from the team in not only selecting the right gear, but helping me get it to North Queensland. I will be using them again and telling my friends about their service.

This is a really great shop. I bought 3 older collectible pedals that they shipped to Arizona. Fantastic communication. They were friendly and exceedingly helpful providing additional photos. The pedals were as described and 10/10. And I am very particular! Shipping was speedy, packing was excellent. Highly recommend this business

Great selection of gear at super competitive prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Postage and related comms are speedy and efficient. I'm a many times return customer.

Lewis, Sophia and the team at Found Sound were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely purchase through them again!

Great service, communication..we needed express delivery over Christmas period they got it sorted.

Great range and super fast shipping. Perfect as usual.

I shop at Found Sound religiously. Apart from the range of products being world class, I can't speak highly enough of Lewis and the crew that work there. Gold standard customer service, but honest, genuine questions and feedback. They greet me by name and always seem to remember conversations with me, ask me about older purchases I have bought and give me honest personal user experiences with a product I'm looking at. Favorite place to shop at and its not even close.
