Absolute shocking applied to ad for 30 cash match and 150 free spins. Deposited 20 no cash match then spent 10 on spins (lost all dead spins) got 50 free spins won 4.00 wow spent all remaining 14 on dead spins no more free spins unless I deposit and spend another 10 pounds on dead spins for next 50 spins ( of which would of prob won 3 pounds) like others I was drawn in by advert. I asked them to close my account and will never go near them again. Its a rubbish site wish I'd never bothered but hope I can deter others!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Never known such a poor complaints set up, no communication. Sat owed over £12,000 and no matter which form of way in to communicate it goes no where. Even provided recorded video and screen shots and sat at day 22 still no update from the company. Even their webchat staff feel negatively about the company which says it all. The complaints email is a waste of time. You get an auto reply from a no reply email and nothing else. The staff on chats facebook or on site tell me the same thing....how sorry they are and that team should get back to me. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 36 years. Awaiting their auto "sorry to this and no doubt yet again a complaint email they ignore"

if you want to earn something from foxygames through gambling then this is the worst website ever , because whenever youll withdraw funds over 50 quid they will ask for bank, after that id and then immediately account locked and no withdrwal after that congratulation you have lost your money

and second they dont have diffrerent deposit options
only debit card so they can automatically charges very minimal charges whenever they want

third without any deposit you cant play on this website

I've been using Foxy since 2021 and I invested so much effort and time to earn some money but yesterday, i tried to withdraw my some funds Using different bank account because old one was stopped Approving Gambling winnings, when I was using the old bank account to withdraw there was no issue with account but one of the support agent said we can't edit your bank you can override your new bank and withdraw your funds, when I did this same thing as advised, immediately I. Got the mail that please send your bank statement, obviously I did which is 100% legit, but foxy already had a feeling to ban my account for no reason cuz they wanted my cash, so they asked for more proof like ID Again I submitted that they must me shocked that now how can we get this account's money so they stated - " for business decision we closed your funds will be confiscated"

Now tell me whats my fault
I honestly played and win some cash
But you already had pessimistic thinking on my funds

When foxy saw "Oh he is withdrawing some funds" lock his account immediately and state him "for business decision"

When I had my Full documents clearly verified I used my personal bank account, no issue till now but when I tried to withdraw you locked my account

Such a cheap thinking this is my responsibility to let know everything about you to the whole world

This is why the rating of this cheap gambling site is only 1 star on trust pilot

Poor customer service.
Very quick to take money, then act like they don’t know where it’s gone when you withdraw. I’ve been waiting up to 3 weeks for a small withdrawal and they keep fobbing me off: everytime I message I’m asked to wait 72 hours, after the 72 hours it’s another 72 hours and now it’s 10 working days. It’s ridiculous. If you can find the account you’re taking money out of how hard is it to the THE SAME ACCOUNT to put winnings into? Claiming I’ve withdrawn to the wrong card but unfortunately for them I only have one card in my name so that’s actually impossible for me to withdraw to a card I didn’t deposit from. They should give their own terms and conditions a rwad. Got some condescending customer service person online telling me, I’ll get whatever is mine as if I’m lying about the money being won. I’ve asked to provide bank statements to make sure I’m not lying? It is so pathetically insane.

Rec'd an email saying:

"An investigation into your account has highlighted suspicious activity related to your account... As a result, your foxygames account has been closed and the funds remaining in your account will be confiscated." (also relates to my FoxyBingo acc)

I have emailed to ask what is going on but still haven't had a response.

If it's completely legal for you to not have to give a specific reason and evidence then you and every other dodgy gambling site has a license to print money with absolutely no one to stop you! How the hell is THIS legal???

The money in my acc is made up of legal winnings/deposits. Pls give me my money back, this will not be going away any time soon.

Locked my mums account who has money and pending withdrawal. I don't think they like to give away money when people are winning. My mum has to send in photo ID which she doesn't have in order to get her account back and money she won. Also asking for her to send photos of her bank card and more doesn't sound legit but won't allow her to get account because she has no photographic ID. Sham of a site

DON'T PLAY!
My Partner won a substantial amount of money after putting lots of money into games. Money was withdrawn to his bank account no problem....
A few weeks later Foxy Games had taken the money back from his account stating that it was a technical error that he 'won'and was able to withdraw the money.
They have been avoiding his requests to speak to management, etc.

Disgraceful!

My partner contacted Foxy games several times with the reference number given below... why even bother? Still waiting for a manager to call back, staff as unhelpful as ever. Also, I will clarify that the winnings were not taken back from his Foxy games account, they were taken from his personal Halifax current account. So even if you do manage to withdraw any money from them, they will just snatch it back weeks later. Absolutely disgusting! They are clearly hoping we get bored of waiting and give up trying... we won't!!!! Sort it out.

The site is actually pretty good and has lots of good promotions. I managed to win 600 pound but my fear is I won't be able to withdraw it. Will update what happens.

Avoid this site ! Opened an account was all verified , had a win withdrew it and boom account was closed ! Currently been back and forth via emails to verify with documents , finally got into the account today and still my withdrawal is under review this is not 12 days after , hopefully will get my money soon longest withdrawal process ever and customer service are like snails

Was disappointed to see that foxy games use videos of students who have filmed themselves awaiting their results to get into university as fake/false adverts of them supposedly winning a fortune on their games.

Surely they need permission to use these videos, but as they are NOT videos of real people winning but of students celebrating getting into their chosen university they should be avoided at all costs as very unethical practice from the start if that's how they get their customers.

The site is quick enough to take my deposits yet won't give up winnings. I won £200 yet I need to verify my identity in order to receive my winnings. The gambling policy of "know you're customer (kyc)" stated on the site requests name, address and date of birth. They ask for photographic ID yet the only photo ID I possess is my carers card (which they will not accept) A twitter reply said that my carers card along with my birth certificate would be accepted but it wasn't. The 4 utility bills (with my name and address on as stated in the "kyc") council tax bill (with my name and address on as stated in the "kyc"), birth certificate and my sons birth certificate (both obviously with my name and date of birth on, and my name, address and date of birth on my sons as requested in the "kyc") along with my carers card (which has my date of birth on requested in the "kyc") are not sufficient enough.

Like I said the site happily accepted my £50 deposit yet it is reluctant when it comes to paying winnings to customers.

Other sites accept these as verification so why not foxy?

Deposited £10 and played through it to get free spins to have a little gamble. Promotion never applied. I contacted their live chat and after being dragged about and waiting 20 minutes was told I had to take screenshots etc and submit all manner of "evidence" of the promotion etc via email and would hear back in 48 hours. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could leave no starts! Extremely disappointed! Misleading false advertising call it what you will. It’s a scam. I paid ten pound as I saw the promotion pay ten pound and spin the wheel, win on every spin. Well I span and it landed on 10£ cash. Played on this site off and on for several years and can now say, it is one of the worst. They draw you in with a couple of decent wins then just steadily take the money back. My most recent experience was the final straw. I was playing Rainbow Riches Megaways and was wagering £2 per spin. I was delighted when I got the bonus of 10 spins with unlimited multiplier.
