Rubbish website games timeout all the time plus I've been trying to get 40 spin bonus and it don't work

Avoid this site at all costs after seeing an advert a thought it would give it a try after playing fishin frenzy the big catch on a pound a spin no problems at all then get the bonus feature after £285.00 a had put in it freezes and locks me out of my account after hours hours of man hours numerous back and forths numerous live chats still no further forward saying there’s nothing wrong on there side as to why a cannot access my account (obviously there is otherwise a wouldn’t be wasting my time or there’s) sending email after email to foxy customer support even sending screenshots and videos of the log in process even after they confirmed this will be sorted asap still nothing done and even been on the phone to them and still couldn’t sort out the problem so nearly two months on and still no further forward they just keep sending me the same copied and pasted email clear cache delete app redownload app try web browser try a different device nothing works at all but they don’t listen a have done them hundreds of times nothing works still they keep saying there’s no problems and the few times I’ve asked to speak to the manager there reply was he will just tell you the same as me.DO NOT use this site at all cost it’s terrible for a company of its size it’s set up is amateurish and customer services is none existent a even said since a cannot access my account can you play my bonus feature for me and transfer the money into my bank but they wouldn’t I’ve never an experience like this site in all the years I’ve been playing online slots the worst site I’ve ever used by a mile take my advice and use another site which is run properly because they cannot help resolve any issues foxy games is very poor oh and still owe me a bonus feature on big Fishin frenzy the big catch on £1.00 a spin but will not get it there basically conmen do not use

Not very good service and false advertising of a £5 sign up and £10 bonus with 100 spins . Contacted the customer service for them to tell me That I did not qualify for a bonus until I spent £10 . I sent them the link and picture of the promotion they still said I would need to deposit £10 .

Someone has stolen my email address and creates account and is gambling away, and foxy games even VERIFIED the account even though the name on eMail address doesn't match the name of the account holder!!!!!!

I've been receiving all these emails, I've rang to ask them to close the account and blackish my email address so it's not used again, and they have REFUSED!!!!! ASWELL as saying that they are going to PROTECT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!! Aka, they are protecting the criminal!!!!!! They refused to help me in any way at all!!! Decided to try this site. The offer was spent 10 and get 40quid bonus plus 40 free spins. I had to go live chat to get this credited as it didnt credit. I used the free spins first and won £9. Okay not bad it was 10p a spin. I was aware i had to wager the 40quid which worked out at 40x they said. I spent and spent and spent
Winning 1pounds up to 40pounds. I wagered the right amount and £6 converted over.. in this amount wagered £1600 i didnt get a single bonus! This is why the 1star. Fluffy favourties at 1pound and 2pound stake. Not 1 bonus. That for me is a disgrace. I wont be depositing here again due to this. I feel there is no fair game play when you dont receive a single bonus in over £1600. Its shocking. Its fixed. I will be avoiding this site in future. Like its bingo site. Won an amount of £50. I have never received it into my bank. Foxy have said they sent it and that’s all they can do.
I’ve sent in bank statements (invasion of privacy) to prove I never received funds and they still refuse to pay me my money.
Rude customer service staff and a complete rip off by seeing how many people they owe money who don’t receive it

I won£195 last night and withdrew it. Today I got an email telling me I'd self excluded. I rang them and was told I can have my money in February next year. They don't listen to a word you say. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they went to get someone and lo and behold the phone was disconnected. I keep saying that I didn't exclude my self and they just keep saying your self exclusion lasts until February. Now I know why they're called foxy

What a crock of sh#t this site is £85 not 1 feature or bonus. Stay well away not fair odds and they know it. Yes it's a choice but compared to other sites this one is rigged to take.

I joined this site as it didn't need ID. I've had a withdrawal, made many deposits. Then it asked for ID out the blue. Yes I agree with person below the wagering is shocking. And once your close to the wagering amount funnily enough you dont win anything. Site needs reporting to gambling commission which is by next step. This is my account email, which I will tell you again foxy, I cant get in to , and I dont have ID. Just tried Foxy Games and it really is bad. Deposited and spent £10 on slots to receive 40 free spins on Luck of the Irish and £40 bonus to spend on slots (x40 wagering requirement so you have to win £1600 before you can withdraw. Wonder how many people have done that??) Think I managed to win £80 but couldn't keep it as the £40 bonus had run out by then. Payouts on slot games I used trying to win off bonus was awful. Won 95p off 14 free spins and 90p off 12 free spins, I mean that's beyond a joke!

As for my free ones on Luck of the Irish, think I won possibly £4.00 in dribs and drabs.

Logged in and deposited fine. Then my screen kept loading and loading. So collapsed my screen thinking it was my internet. Tried logging back in to be told my password wasn't recognised. So changed it, still the same. Then was told there's an issue logging you in. Changed my password 5 times all to be told there's an issue logging me in. Funny how it logged me in and took my money at the beginning isn't it!!!!! Tried contacting love support but sat waiting for ages so gave up. Absolutely shocking
