Foxy games/bingo DO NOT honour there bonus offers so be very careful when using their sites as they are not an honest company.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Just spent £20 on 2 games at 10p a roll and the most I won was £1.40...twice. I know the rule of thumb is the house always wins but it should be random, not when their profits are lower than normal. I gamble to have fun, and at no point do I feel like I was having fun. Absolutely shocking company. Signed up and deposited £10 of my own money with their enticing welcome offer. Completed the welcome offer, spent a good few hours doing the required wagering, withdrew my winnings and now my account has been closed and my money has not shown up in my bank over a week after withdrawing. This is theft!

Verified automatically when signed up however when I made a withdrawal they restricted my account. Iv sent numerous ID and they still havnt removed restrictions in over a week now. Very slow process not impressed.

UPDATE! I've contacted them on the email they provided in the reply. My account is still restricted despite them saying all my ID has been verified. Really not impressed.

Miserable, greedy, childish company that can’t accept when they are beaten. Took advantage of the sign up offer, so ended up a profit. Once I took my money out, they closed my account and failed to give a reason why. Avoid at all costs.

Total shocker here. They closed my account without any reason, but are making me jump through hoops sending all kinds of ID documents to be able to get my own money refunded. This sort of behaviour should not be allowed in the U.K and would advise anyone not to trust your money with this company.

Don't use this site they won't let you withdraw any winning from your account but will let you deposit as much as you want . They want endless amounts of id but then still won't let you withdraw money saying account no verified . Don't waste your time

Deposited £10 in there bet £10 get £40 casino offer, played through the 40x wagering or whatever it was and won a nice amount of £1809 I tried to withdraw £250 and I got an email to say it had been processed. I was going to play more that night so went to log in..

My account has encountered a problem please contact customer service.

Upon contact I was told that I would need selfie ID to release my funds.

No problem. Sent that in and waited for my £250. Got told that unfortunately my account has been closed due to a irreversible business decision. I was told at various times since the reason is I was 'over refunded' wth??

I learnt since that foxy games is also under the same group of companies such as gala bingo, gala casino, gala spins, ladbrokes, coral, foxy bingo and a couple of others.

I had an account with gala casino that actually paid me a withdrawal without the fuss of identification verification and so I see no reason for them to need my selfie ID to pay my winnings.

This was clearly just a ploy. They had no intention of paying my big win at all. The risk operations team see that I won big and it's seemingly their job to not pay large amounts from small deposits.

Over Christmas I recontacted because I'm not going to give up on an amount like that to be told the same thing. Send in selfie id and I would be paid. I then asked for a manual withdrawl of my £1809 balance. Customer service said they would request that and to look for an email confirmation.

Later in the morning I got a withdrawal receipt for £10 which was my initial deposit. They basically said they are keeping the rest saying I've breached their rules??? What breach? Winning?

No clear reasons as to why they are keeping my funds but I will fight them every day until I'm paid what I'm owed. They cannot be allowed to get away with this.

I've not received any money. At all.

I want to say it was great as i deposited 5 pound and won 40 so withdrew it but am still waiting for my payment to come through, and cant exactly say anything until i get it. Not sure why i havent recieved it yet though.

Pathetic staff in support asking time and time again for things I cannot send. They are not crediting me with the free spins I’ve won in tournaments. 15 free spins it’s clear as day in wins which I’ve sent but still you refuse to give them me. Underpaid staff paid to do a simple task. Pathetic

This evening received email to tell me my free spins expired. They were never credited and NO message was received. Any children reading this if you don’t listen at school you end up in dead end jobs like a customer support at a casino site. Complete rubbish and basically calling me a LIAR.

Okay so it’s all gone wrong.
Used this site for months loved it. Spent a lot of money using it. All is sudden winning less and bonus doesn’t come. Okay fair enough. Next website keeps crashing and playing up. Maybe a glitch or updates. Realising…. Hang on I can deposit money and play games. But jackpot games won’t load and when I try to play daily free promo games they say not logged in or error. And now to top it all off I put £5 on play it and win £25.00 yay. I’ll leave £5 and withdraw £20 No no you can’t only if you spread withdrawal over two cards with some rubbish about less fraud and better for customer. Absolute joke. I’ve never played foxy games before and I made an account today, tried to deposit £10 with a normal visa debit card with plenty of funds available and they rejected my deposit, I contacted customer service and they said I’ve had my account shut down due to their terms but couldn’t say why! Think I’ve had a lucky escape based on these reviews !! John on customer service was super helpful - not !
