Hi Katie, thank you for your feedback. You ordered on the a sunday 22nd, product despatched on Monday the 23rd, delivered on Tuesday the 24th. You notified us of a damaged item on the 24th. We processed a refund for you in full on January 24th. Less than 2 working days after ordering.
Sorry that the courier damaged the item. It is very unfortunate. When this happens we do our best to send a replacement, unfortunately you purchased our last one. We were not able to in this case.
