Delivery late. Slower than quoted - but I guess that is the couriers issue.

My son loves it now it has arrived.

Great app with lots of excercises and levels that are well explained with examples. Super afterservice with very fast answers for every question.

Gift for my 2 boys for Christmas. Purchased 2 verification codes. When I first uploaded the App and put in the details for the first account all seemed to be working when I confirmed the verification code. When I added the next account the second verification code did not work. I realised I had added both verification codes to one child and not one to each. After trying to fix it, both didn't work. After getting in touch, FPRO managed to fix the issue and had no problems since.

Min son fick träningsmattan i julklapp 2023. Han har använt den och tyckt att den är bra. På grund av skada och sjukdom inte kunnat använda den på ett tag och när han skulle börja träna igen så tog han sig inte in och appen krävde en verifieringskod igen. Jag kontaktade Fpro angående detta och efter några mejl så hade de fixat till allt och han kan nu träna på igen. Superbra service. Kan varmt rekommendera denna produkt och företag.

Very easy to set up and get going. No issues with any of the products. Both kids enjoy the competition, trophies and points part of it too.

I purchased the FPro mastery mat, app and socks for my son's Christmas present.
After setting it up I realised that I had added both verification codes to one child and not one to each. I emailed the help line, they got back to me and sorted the issue within an hour of my initial email. I am so impressed with the brilliant customer service I received and my boys are loving the mat and improving their ball skills.

My son loves this mat/app. It was his #1 present from Santa and has played for about 30 min per day since Christmas. We needed to contact customer support and they were able to sort out the issue with verifying the code. Great customer service and highly recommend. Ordered the Fpro mat on 19th December but have yet to receive it. I have enquired several times about the whereabouts of the mat and have been told the issue is with the courier in UK. I have since followed up and asked for a refund and have heard nothing back. All very disappointing and my football mad kids are very upset.

Bought the FPRO as a Christmas present . Licence code does not work and still 1 week later , there is no resolution . Basically have access to an intro video and some ball free warm ups . Perhaps it is just a con to sell a mat , balls and socks for an inflated price . Would not recommend and will look to return asap due.

A Christmas present for our 6 year old daughter, she’s loving it!!! Although after a busy Christmas morning we miss placed the code to activate the app, I got in contact with the customer service team via instagram and they was extremely helpful and had our app set up in no time. Thank you would 100% recommend.

Rated my experience with the company as 3 for now because after days of downloading the app and entering with the codes without problem (I purchased two accounts), any of the videos are playing, so my kids are no able to use the app.
