Köpte en färdigbyggd dator. Bra specs osv, men jag stör mig lite på RGB och så, skickade till kundsupport och fick en solid panel gratis
Ps; När panelen kom med UPS 1 dag senare märkte jag att den var för fel sida av skalet, skickade ett till support mail och lärde mig att man kan byta sida på panelerna med bara en skruvmejsel

Excellent customer support
Had two fractal design cases, which have both been excellent. After losing a thumb screw for one I contacted support and offered to pay for the screw, since I thought any warranty my case came with would have already expired. I received a response within three hours notifying me that a replacement screw would be sent to me free of charge.

Purchased a define r6 from Amazon, they sent the wrong version without the USB C header. Reached out to FD support, Anton responded within 24 hours, problem solved and a header is on it's way. 10/10

The costumer service is awesome... I bought a fractal design s28 aio from proshop.dk. There was a some small, but important parts missing for me to able to mount this new cooler. (It was a demo model that Proshop used in their down showroom) Proshop wouldn't/couldn't send me the missing parts but I then reached out to fractal design and got in touch with their swedish shop
Their response was; we'll send you the complete kit for free!
I LOVE this kind of service. Thanks to Fractal Design in Sweden!

Good customer service
Recently decided to give my Define R5 some upgrades and discovered I was lacking screws to fit the case. After struggling to find the info online from other users, I emailed customer support. They let me know exactly which screws I needed and even offered to send some for free if I couldn't find them elsewhere. Thanks for your help Shane @ Fractal. Cheers
One of the best cases around
I'm currently building in the Define R6 - USBC and it's a truly excellent case. The modularity and expandability is exceptional and the build quality is some fo the best I've worked with.
Having spent a lot of time working with Corsair and Deep Cool cases, this has made for a wonderful change.

Got like 8 years old case. I broke down couple buttons and ports in front panel. Contacted them and got new ones. Everything works great :)
Vector RS Led was defective
Vector RS Led was defective, troubleshooted it myself and opened a support ticket updating every step I did, eventually I solved it and the problem was due to a faulty PCB, even after I solved it myself using rubber grommets they still offered to send a new PCB.

I broke my define C glass plane accidentally last month. Then I contacted the support immediately. In the same day I got their response. They were so kind that they agreed to send me another plane free of charge and redirecting me my local distributor. I am satisfied with their responsiveness and effectiveness.

I damaged the headphone port on the front panel of my case by tripping on a cable, and contacted support about purchasing a replacement part. Support (both phone and email) was very professional, responsive, helpful in getting me a replacement shipped out ASAP. Great case and incredible support experience. Thank you Fractal Design!
Fantastic company and customer service
Fantastic company, after buying my case a couple of years ago I asked about a replacement side panel since mine was pretty scratched up as it's plastic and didn't take well to anything touching it. They offered me a replacement right away! Excellent!
Sent replacement screw for case panel free of charge within a week
I sent them an email saying I lost one of the screws to my Meshify C case, and they offered to send me the screw free of charge. My email was replied to within a day, with a link to a order replacement form.
The customer support was very friendly and helpful.
I cannot speak for how they would deal with missing orders or faulty parts from an initial purchase, however their replacement system was excellent. Though I doubt if it was the entire side panel that was damaged I would receive a new one. Nonetheless it was brilliant customer service and in an era of paper pushers I am glad there is still some logical simplicity left in the world.

Fantastic company. Despite my case being over 3 years old, after contacting the company about how to order some cable which was defective when I did apply too much pressure, I was pleased to know that they would send the part free of charge, Didn't expect it, just being able to order a spare part, which from most of the manufacturers is almost impossible, that was a pleasant surprise. Built quality is many levels above some so called premium brands. A+++
