it was smaller than I thought it would be but that's on me. Not sure if it smells like the original perfume because it has been so long but appreciate it could have changed.

Excellent service and shipping. Came safely packaged.

Items were in stock. The customer service rep was good enough to contact me on a clarification issue on my order. I appreciated that.

Order didn't take too long to ship, got everything I asked for, and the package was packed nicely so nothing would get broken! They have a pretty good selection, and I love that they have samples as well. A little pricey, but a good experience all around and I would still recommend and purchase from them again!

Although initially the wrong fragrance was sent, you went above and beyond to make it right and you did that very quickly. We all make mistakes but it all comes down to how you handle those missteps and you did a great job. I will order from you again, no hesitation.

I finally found my spot to get anything fragrance related! Could rarely find the after shave balm I like without a gift pack. Found it here for half the cost I used to pay and got it delivered really quickly. Great store.

Order arrived well packaged and timely. Great prices! Easy to track shipment through emails sent.

When my order arrived I was disappointed to see that one of the fragrances was not what I had ordered. I had ordered two bottles of this fragrance so I contacted the company and let them know that I wanted to return the two bottles and they told me to keep them and that they would also refund me for the purchase price. That is going above and beyond and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service.

What amazing customer service - all small business are struggling with COVID and it's affect on deliveries - John at Fragrance365 answered all of my emails quickly and professionally and the order was just as described!! so impressed!!!

I received my package relatively soon considering the ongoing pandemic. I loved the perfume I got; it was reasonably-priced. The customer support was prompt as well in answering questions I had about delivery times. Great work!

Everything was fine. Delivery, service etc. My main concern is the product I ordered. The price has more than doubled. I paid over $100CAD for a 50ml bottle. Used to be $60CAD or less for a 100ml bottle. Other places are the same or don’t carry it at all. Why? Is the manufacturer not sending anything anymore because of COVID? Therefore, the retailers maximize the profits of the stock they have? I did an impulse buy and didn’t realize it was 50ml until I received it. Would I do it again? Probably not at the same price.
