I previously left a 1 star review, left purely out of frustration. I have purchased from this company a few times since and not had a problem. There was an issue regarding an order I received today, but it was swiftly rectified.

I have purchased from this company loads of times and never have had any issues, the oils are amazing, the delivery times are fantastic. But the customer service is crap. I emailed them, did not get a response, I tried posting a post on facebook with my issue, this was pending for a couple of days ...then got declined. So my issue was never resolved. Shame this has ruined my trust in this company now.

Amazing company. Always well packed and fast delivery. Excellent prices and always have a freebie section too which is very generous. The Carrot cake 1kg oil I received for only £7 smells absolutely amazing. The heart stickers which were a freebie weren’t in stock so they kindly put me in a free 50g oil which is gorgeous! Thanks so much guys! You are all amazing! 💗💗

Always absolutely delighted with these oils. Fantastic choice (I would quite happily sample all of them). So many new favourites. We have been an established candlemakers since 2018 and FOS are by far our favourite suppliers. Out of our current 2025 fragrance collection, all of them are now FOS, that's how beautiful they are. We are so looking forward to taking our small business further with these oils and cannot wait to see what new things you have coming up. They blend well, scent throw is always exceptional and the price point is great. Thank you for providing us with such gorgeous scents (and cute little pink packing peanuts). We will be a repeat customer for sure.

The best service from a supplier you will receive is from FOS, the oils are fantastic, they are priced perfectly, they are very thorough with everything they do from the beautifully pleasing bottles to the overflow of pretty packing peanuts, the service is usually same day dispatch/arrive next day, Iv never had any problems with any of my orders from FOS, everything is neat, the Facebook group is a safe space & they treat you like family, it’s really nice & very supportive, the team engage with their customers and never once have they asked for feedback or reviews, it’s all freely given because they deserve it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company. The oils are fine, but the customer service is appalling. I have spoken to others that also feel this way.

I first ordered in March 2024 and was disappointed due to 5 of the 8 oils I ordered being weak, BUT since one of my friends orders from here and has 70 oils from FOS i decided to order again and I’m glad I did !!! love love love the ones I ordered. Loads of new scents to launch!
