I love my purchase it looks beautiful and hangs proudly on my wall. This company went above and beyond to help me. I was having a hard time picking a mat color so I asked if I could purchase an extra one with my original mat and frame order. Not only did they allow this, but they gave me the extra one for free. It arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I recommend this company to all my family & friends and will happily use them again in the future.

Oustanding service. One of the two frames came broken. It only took one quick picture and email abd it was fixed with quick turn around for the replacement. Beautiful way to display my daughters artwork.

Not only do they offer a terrific product (built well, plenty of choices, easy to use, packed for shipping to withstand FedEx throwing boxes on and off transport vehicles) but they also offer something rather rare, a CX experience from a time when Customer Service was a human shopkeeper and not a series of programmed Bots. Chrissy treated my mat-color-choice regrets with pure professionalism and a ‘let’s fix this for you’ approach. Impressive all around.

After a travel delay I needed to change the delivery address for a set of three frames. One IM to the company and Chrissy from Customer Service took the ball. They were able to make the accomodation with the shipping carrier and Chrissy followed the entire process through till the end. After delivery, she followed up just to make sure. Impressive, indeed.

I couldn't be happier with Framed & Matted. I ordered a trial item and was so impressed that I opened an account and ordered more frames with printing. The packaging was superb, and more than survived FedEx ground from California to Florida. Excellent overall!

We are so pleased with our 30X40 Hawaii Beach Photograph enlarged and framed beautifully by Framed and Matted. The picture colors came out just absolutely perfect and beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the communication from this company. I highly recommend them for sure.

So there I am, I’ve got all my little postcard sized water color paintings busting the seams on the old binder. idea I’ll frame a few. I snap a few photos, upload images, play around with some frames and different colored matting boards then I order. In no time a box arrived with my frames cut perfectly. In 27 minutes I’ve got ready to hang fine art! Thank you Framed &Matted.

This company went above and beyond to help me get my frame in time for an exhibition. I framed the artwork myself and the instructions were easy to follow, and the frame and mat were were of really nice quality.

I had a small framing area in my studio for years, but recently decided to try Framed & Matted instead of cutting my own mats and building my own frames. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Website was easy to use to layout my matted artwork. Shipping was fast and upon arrival, clear instructions and also included were all the pieces I needed to put the frame together. Including little bumpers for the back of the frame to keep the wall unscratched. Well done you guys! Highly recommend Framed & Matted!

Framed and Matted has exceeded my expectations and has the BEST customer service. I bought 9 custom large frames with matting. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size mat so I contacted customer service to order the correct size. Chrissy was handling my case and was able to send me 9 replacement mats free of charge! I definitely wasn’t expecting that. She communicated everything with me from a recommendation of what size mat would be best, to when my order would ship, and even when it arrived. I am beyond pleased with the level of customer service I received from Chrissy and even happier with the quality and look of my 9 new frames!!!

This is the 6th time I had a frame made by Framed and Matted, and it was a very large one for a fine art print. They always do excellent work.

I’ve ordered a frame here before and it came in perfect shape, ordered a second one and it unfortunately came cracked. But that was no problem, because a replacement was built and shipped out almost immediately. I love Framed and Matted and will come back time and again

This company has top-notch customer service, and they make great quality frames. I needed a large order fulfilled and had a tight deadline for an upcoming show. They were so helpful and managed to get the frames built and shipped to me quickly and ahead of my deadline. Definitely the best custom frame company I've ever ordered from.

Great quality & customer service! I ordered two frames and mattes. Order arrived quickly but I noticed a scratch on one of the clear acrylic sheets. I emailed their customer service about it, received a speedy response, and they cut me a new perfect sheet of acrylic and sent it to me free within a week. I really appreciate how they made my order right! The final products look great.

I ordered a frame that we unfortunately was damaged in shipping, in spite of what seemed like very smart packing. I contacted customer service with a photo of the dented frame. Chrissy responded within hours and a replacement frame was in hand within a few days. She kept me informed throughout the replacement process. I can’t imagine any way it could have been easier. In a world where returns and customer service is conducted by bots and call centers this felt really human. (I assume Chrissy is real).

I will definitely order from them again when I need a frame.

We ordered three 33" by 27" frames with double mats. Communication was timely, friendly and professional. Our request for mat samples was fulfilled rapidly and upon placing our order we received accurate status and shipping updates. Upon receipt we found instructions clear; frame, mat, backing and acrylic dimensions precise; and upon hanging that the result exceeded our expectations. Excellent quality, price and customer care. Have already recommended Framed & Matted to others.
