fantastic quality - amazing customer service

First, their products are amazing: the quality of manufacturing is awesome. It looks pricey when you compare to 3d printed stuff but that is the point: what would you trust in the long term for your multi-hundred dollar équipement hanging on it? Plastic (exposed to sun rays) or solid aluminium?
Had a little issue with the product sent but the service is seriously good. The level of commitment I saw is really impressive and I will definitely reorder from them!

Bought and Garmin Light Mount (for seat post), it's really well made and a super elegant design.

Service was good and quality is excellent.

Very helpful after I placed an order and had questions was all sorted out very quickly and was a great experience. Also the product is second to none.

Great product and good customer support. The quality if these bike mounts are exceptional. They are well machined aluminium items and they do not break like the cheap plastic ones. Highly recommend these guys! Just be a bit mindful about shipping charges as they are in Germany. Please drop them a message and find out before you place the order.

I had one issue where the wrong fitting was sent to me. Kristoffer (founder) contacted me immediately, rectified the issue and had the part delivered with a day or two.

Bought a computer and insta360 mount had been searching for something less bulky for awhile. Was delivered quickly and packaged nicely. Mounting on my bike was quick and held both devices well. Had a few technical issues in my first ride reached out to Framesandgear and help me resolve the issues quickly and professionally.

added their Shimano direct mount derailleur hanger to my Time ADHX 45 - fits well including threads for Time thru axle and allows much easier wheel change. The ADHX and ADHX 45 are not listed as compatible on the website but I believe non UDH Time disc frames use the same dropout on rear so should work across the range.

After ordering a Garmin 1050 computer mount for my BMC Roadmachine last year, I have now ordered one for my Colnago C68. The craftsmanship and the design are superb, the fit is perfect and they have a premium feeling and look.
On my second purchase the GoPro mount was missing, but the customer service solved the issue rapidly and with zero hassle.
Based on my own experience I can highly recommend Framesandgear.

I ordered a Canyon groove mount for my Elemnt ACE, as the previous one was not sturdy enough and I was afraid it would snap. Ordering from here was one of the best shopping experiences I've had. The order was processed and shipped immediately and I received it the next day (international shipping). The quality of the mount and the attention to details is also on another level. It's very light and sturdy and has mounting points for any accessories. I will definitely use Framesandgear mounts on all my bikes going forward!
