Me tuvieron que realizar un cambió por rotura y casi pierdo la Gopro, luego les demostré que el articulo tenía orgura....y ahora otra de las piezas se rompe y me dicen no es comprada en su web.
Sólo me queda entender tras los problemas qué es de calidad media baja y eso que la bicicleta es robado no MTB pprqie no duraría entonces nada
Lo cuál mi opinión no merece la pena comprar por calidad y buscaré otro proveedor dado que me digan que no se lo compre a ellos me parece abusivo

I ordered a Seatpost Mount for Cube Agree C62 & Bryton Gardia radar.
Fits perfect. Much better than the original mount.
Delivery was fast.

Their AI tool provided erroneous information leading to an order for the wrong items. Return shipping from USA is prohibitive to completing a return. Mathias the rep at the store took no accountability for their AI tool nor displayed much of a desire to have a supportive conversation. I’ll take my business elsewhere and would encourage non euro customers to consider a closer retailer.

Top-tier customer service. I had an issue with my Garmin Varia RCT715 seat post bracket, and Neat Components immediately sent me a free replacement without any hassle. It's dialed in perfectly on my Canyon Speedmax CFR now.

When a company takes care of its customers this well, they earn a customer for life. The mount itself is incredibly well-made and secure. Buy with confidence!

Ordered a Garmin Varia seatpost mount from Neat Components and used their own website chatbot beforehand to confirm it was the right fit for my bike. Turns out it wasn't compatible, but when I asked to return it, they said I'd only get back the 15% tax plus a 165 DKK handling fee — despite the wrong recommendation coming from their own tool.
Their "solution" was a 15% discount code toward buying the correct part instead, which amounts to a few dollars off a low-cost item — not a real fix for their mistake.
I'm based in Canada, and by the time you factor in return shipping to Denmark plus these deductions, it's genuinely not worth ordering from them if something goes wrong. A small mistake ends up costing you real money with no real path to a fair resolution. Would not order from here again.

Seatpost Mount for Canyon Aeroad SP0079 + SP0066 ist nach ca. 1 Jahr gebrochen und somit nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Für deinen 3D Druck erwarte ich dann doch etwas mehr als solch eine Sollbruchstelle an den Schrauben.
im Nachhinein rausgeworfenes Geld für ein 50Cent Teil, welches jedermann im eigenen 3D Drucker herstellen kann.

The mount fit my Garmin VAria perfect, and when I do races, I can have my frame number in the same mount. It just looks and feels professional.

Varia holder til SL7 - fungerer perfekt. Dog stod der på siden at varen blev sendt samme dag, hvis man bestilte inden kl 12. Dette var dog ikke tilfældet hos mig, da den først blev sendt flere dage efter (bestilte fredag kl 11 et eller andet og den blev sendt mandag)

The product is great also the sales team. I had some extra questions and they answerered asap, so I could finalise the purchase in no time.

As much as I loved the seat mount for my Canyon Aeroad, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the version designed for the Pinarello Grevil.

My experience started with ordering the wrong part because the product description on the website was incomplete. At the time of purchase, there was no information indicating that different versions existed for Grevil models prior to 2026 and for the 2026 model year.

Once I received the correct item, I was disappointed with the fit and finish. The mount did not sit securely on the bike and felt quite loose despite tightening the bolts to the recommended torque. It appeared that the 3D design or manufacturing tolerances were not precise enough to provide a perfect fit. As a result, the mount shifted several times on the seatpost, causing scratches, which was very frustrating. I highly doubt that paint thickness is the root cause here, as the gap in my case was ca. 5 mm (photos available), which seems far too large to be explained by normal variations in paint tolerance.

Based on my experience, I would recommend waiting until the product receives an updated design or a second-generation version before purchasing it for a Pinarello Grevil.

I found the Neat Components website while looking for a rear radar/light mount. Navigating the initial website is user friendly. Finding your bike model under Light and Radar Mounts is easy.
When it is time to choose a "Variant" in the dropdown menu, be very careful to make the correct choice. Some of the choices have a line drawn thru them.
I unfortunately made the wrong mount choice. Totally 100% MY FAULT. Read the dropdown menus carefully.
Upon trying to return the mount and purchase the correct one, unfortunately I was hit with this news:

"The return cost in your case would often exceed the price of the product, and due to tax regulations this will also be added."
"You are still free to return, but we will withdraw the tax(15%)+handling fee(165DKK) from the original refund price."
"However, if you would like to purchase the correct mount, we’d be happy to offer you a 15% discount code for your new order, as this will be the most cost-effective option for you."

I was disappointed to read this solution. Needless to say, I did not return the mount or accept the 15% code. I found another distributor to purchase from located in the United States.
Bottom line...when ordering from overseas companies BE SURE YOU HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT PRODUCT.

Jeg købte en holder til Garmin Varia og produktet er virkelig godt. Jeg undrede mig over, at der ikke medfulgte noget gummi til at sætte indenunder, men det er slet ikke nødvendigt, fordi holderen passer helt præcist på sadelpinden. Kan klart anbefales. :-)
