Bought an expensive picture, but not prepared to pay 200 for a frame. Found this one and its good quality for a good price.

Swift delivery, well packaged and good value too. Would use again.

Ordered 2 frames which failed to arrive. An email to Frames Plus went unanswered but a message via Etsy produced a prompt response and a promise to send a second order with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days. 5 working days later, with no sign of any frames, I asked for a refund (via Etsy) which I have now received. I wouldn’t trust Frames Plus again - a pity because the frames looked to be just what I wanted.

I ordered 3 frames 13x10 I received 1 frame which was totally the wrong size 15x12 !

Poor frame. Bad quality. Looked terrible and was damAged when I arrived. Did eventually get refund but I was hard work

Easy to find what I wanted on the website, but would have liked more choice of colours/shades. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Happy with the quality of the frames.

Bought a print from a market but could not find a suitable frame anywhere. Then I found this site and it was ideal and very reasonably priced. Very happy!

Absolutely low quality frame, poor packaging and quite awful customer service. I recently purchased an A1 frame from their Etsy shop and when it arrived it was damaged and dented due to the careless way they packaged it.
I requested a refund but the company is proving unwilling to give me my money back and to take back their damaged item. Absolutely an awful experience. Will not recommend at all.

Simple ordering and quick delivery, however the frames I have received are poorly made.
They are often chipped and frayed at the joins.
For some reason the back boards and Perspex fronts are cut to the EXACT size of the frame, which makes it impossible to take out and put in again when you want to add your picture. I cannot understand why they do this, and the company should seriously improve their quality control.

If they improve, I will order again, but I have made 4 orders with them now and nothing seems to change :(

I ordered 2 frames over a fortnight ago and still they have not arrived .On making enquiries, I was informed that another order had been made and that the previous had 'probably been lost in transit'.
I am still waiting for delivery.
Admittedly , the company offered a refund , but I've stuck with it , in the hope it will arrive.
A refund is likely to be the way forward should I not receive my order by tomorrow.

Good product get what you pay for and good delivery times. Overall a satisfying purchase!
