Estoy bastante descontenta cómo se ha gestionado mi reembolso, cuando se ha puesto en duda mi testimonio. Efectivamente no habÃa recibido mi paquete, y el repartidor puso qué lo habÃa entregado. Esto era mentira, por tanto pedà mi reembolso y pedà el mismo producto . Sin embargo, mi sorpresa ha sido cuando hoy, después de dos dÃas ha venido el repartidor con el paquete. Me parece poco serio y la poca solución que ha dado aliexpress, me gustarÃa hacer una queja y que se tenga más en cuenta a los clientes. Obviamente pediré la devolución integra de este paquete y de otros y ya no pediré nada más en esta página

Aliexpress alltid setter en dato for levering av varen, men hvis varen/varer kommer ikke etter fastsatte dato, uansett mann må vente 75 dager til å sÞke for å få pengene tilbake. I 3 forskjellige handel i lÞpet av et år Aliexpress sin kundeservice vil ha bevis at jeg har ikke fått varen/ varer og det dummeste ting at hvordan mann kan sende bilde/bevis fra varen som er ikke mottatt? Aldri mer handel på aliexpress.no fordi det er mye tryggere å handle fra wish eller temu.

I bought a ski goggle insert with varifocal lenses from them providing the usual eye test figures. This is one of the items they routinely advertise.
The insert arrived fairly quick. When I checked it, I noticed that they had chosen the transition from near vision to distant too high, i.e. I had to lower my head to see into the distance clearly.
I made a mistake of questioning it with Eagwoo Glasses through the Aliexpress message centre. We did not get anywhere. They admitted that they - Eagwoo - do not have much experience with ski goggle insert lenses and they do not have any ski goggle in the lab to determine and check the correct lens production.
They suggested I could buy another pair or I could buy single vision lenses at an extra price. A refund was not offered and declined.
When I started a dispute with Aliexpress, their very short dispute period had finished and I am left with a pretty unusable pair of ski goggle inserts.
When dealing with Aliexpress sellers do not use the message centre. GO STRAIGHT TO DISPUTE!!!
Recently Aliexpress started to block users and buyers whom opens several disputes for Fakes and Counterfeit items sold on their website, items asked to be returned for refund and no room for negotiations left for buyers to handle this, the CHAT system blocked and the case gets closed in favour of the seller and the only route left is chargeback. So STOP AND AVOID immediately using ALIEXPRESS as if you re not satisfied with goods or damaged goods or stopped working goods basically you have no way to claim any losses, as you would also be asked to return the item which in many many case would exceed the cost of your purchase! so here I am fighting with Credit car charges agains ALIEXPRESS protector of fake goods sellers.I have tried explaining I can not return the Fake Goods purchased as the price to return them would exceed £100 to china, then the bad news is Chinese Law refuses goods made in china back in the country as well as you can ship certain Electronic Items that have Lithium Batteries in them same for Speakers and Bluetooth Headphones and the list goes on. Please refer to Royal Mail international Shipping prohibited items, Lithium Batteries is one of them! PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID ALIEXPRESS.
Topdon Artidag 600 advertised as 2021 version so you would expect the advertised features would work on 2019 BMW Z4. I contacted Topdon the manufacture this is the reply to my email "Dear customer, We will update it, but it won't be fast. It takes time to upgrade. If you have further questions, please let us know. Best regards" , The email proves the product is not as advertised under Aliexpress terms and conditions. Aliexpress don't agree consequently they refuse to uphold my dispute with the seller. I have ordered a more than 90+ days ago a watch on aliexpress. I didn't receive it for a very long time, so I went to aliexpress, I couldn't open a dispute there, so I've contacted the support, they told me that I should have open a dispute, and now they can't make a refund...
Horrible support, I haven't received my money back, it's only $5, but well I feel scammed... They gave me a document were it was sad that post office can't track orders without tracking ID and they told me to go post office to make them sign this.
I ain't gonna go anywhere right now it's covid-19 and I won't stay in a line for a pice of paper so that they give me back my $5... it's ok keep my $5 but I feel scammed so for that you will have a terrible reviews from me on internet and I ain't gonna order anymore on aliexpress.
Lens filters from B+W. I firstly thought they were really genuine. Then I discovered the filters which I had bought were fakes. I could open a dispute against the seller and got my money back.
AliExpress has a buyer protection, which helps. I do not know in which cases. The same sellers were also on Amazon with their fake filters before. Their Names are i.e.

All these stores sell fake filters. They have brands like Hoya, B+W (Schneider Kreuzach) and Carl Zeiss.
The stores show the genuine filters on the photos in the web shop. You get then counterfeits delivered. They are very good imitations. But the filters have a poor optical quality and no coating on the glass. Thatâs the way of cheating. You can find better filters from honest Chinese manufacturers for a lower price. But there is still a huge difference between the high end products from Japan or Germany and the cheap versions. Using cheap cameras, cheap lenses then the cheap filters match fine.
Of course you canât expect a high quality of the pictures. But you have a good value. So take care with buying lens filters.
Un pedido que no ha sido recibido. Abro disputa a Aliexpress y me dicen que el producto fue devuelto a origen. Me dicen que la devolución es responsabilidad mia, del comprador, cuando yo nunca he recibido ninguna noticia de ese producto. Insisto a Aliexpress que yo no tengo ninguna responsabilidad en la devolución, y que ninguno de los escenarios que ellos me indican (rechazo por mi parte, negacion pago derechos aduana, et c) se han producido, pero me dicen que yo, comprador, tengo que asumir los gastos de envio y que solo me devolveran el importe del producto. En este caso del 50% del total. Mala resolucion culpando al comprador por devolverse a origen.

This company is awful. I ordered three blouses. One is still on back order. No money has been refunded nor any further emails on the status of that blouse. The sizes are COMPLETELY wrong. My 2x didnât fit my size 8 daughter!! One blouse was NOT the one I ordered. The company kept asking for my comments, yet the link given never worked. I am out $35.00. I will NEVER purchase from them again!
