Good quality product and fast delivery. The instructions are a little vague in the sense that you have to figure parts out that could easily be explained. I emailed for some technical guidance after spending £250+ and never got a reply.
Improve your comms please. Improve your build guide. Thanks

The gate is only to be used by 0-24months and that if used by older children the warranty is not valid.

Disappointed in this from an expensive baby gate.

easy to use website and great products for children safety

Easy to order and very efficient delivery. Seem good quality but have yet to install.

So the time came to baby proof our house and I wanted to choose a reliable brand that’s not only practical but aesthetically pleasing too, I came across Fred Safety and their clear view gates and fell in love. I love the slam shut feature and that you can open the gate with one hand, something you don’t always think about but with a wriggly baby / toddler in your arms it’s a game changer! There’s a green indicator to let you know the gate is safely closed and will stay red if not. In terms of fitting them, it was so easy and quick, comes with everything you need, even a magnetic leveller and extenders, they’ve really thought of everything. We also have the home starter pack which I can’t recommend enough for a fully baby proofed home! Thank you Fred Safety for inventing such practical and stylish baby safety items. 5 stars from me!

Seems strange that as company that builds its repetation on child safety that when you order from them you have to wait 4 weeks plus for the item to arrive.
And all this time your child could be hurting themselves, order cheep stuff and keep your child safe while you wait for this lot to get themselves in gear.

Fred Universal Stairpost Fitting Kit arrived promptly. Very good quality product with really good fitting instructions, especially when used in tandem with the online video instructions.
