Penoso, pides una cosa, genera otra, gastas más créditos en arreglarlo y finalmente genera el vídeo que no has pedido. Preguntas a la IA si tiene claro lo que solicitas, te dice que si, repite todo según lo has pedido y el resultado final no tiene nada que ver. Si pides que no haya protagonistas te los pone en todas las escenas, generas todas las escenas una por una , se supone que está todo correcto, y finalmente tienes personajes por todos lados, todos distintos. Es penoso

I’ve been a FreeBeat user for three (almost four!) years now. My biggest criticism is the lack of female instructors - we don’t need 40 new Nick and Edward classes per week (seriously, sometimes there are nothing but Edward classes for rows at a time)! Bring back Kayley, give Dalia more classes, and look for more female instructors. Nothing against the male instructors, but as a girl, I prefer riding with female instructors.

Also, please add a feature where we can search for rides that include certain artists or songs! For example, a search bar where I can type in “Bad Bunny” or “Clarity” and get rides that include that artist and/or song. Ride titles like “Morning Burn” give me no idea what songs will be played (and the genres aren’t always correct).

Customer service is truly terrible. I ordered a bike and it never arrived and they will not help at all. I basically paid 500$ for a bike that never showed up and theres zero customer service support for these situations. If you like to see your money burn away into nothing, then sure, buy from them.

Bought the bike when they launched and used it every day until the belt snapped where it connects to the pedals and flywheel. This happened two months before the warranty was supposed to end.

I put in a warranty request right away but they kept taking forever to reply. They dragged it out until the warranty expired and then told me it was my fault it expired and said it wasn’t covered. Their solution was basically just buy a new bike.

They don’t care about customers once you’ve already bought. The fact you can’t even replace a simple rubber belt is ridiculous. Complete scam of a company that doesn’t honour their warranties. Avoid at all costs.

Only putting 5 stars so people see this the lip sync sucks the graphics are pretty good but the ai music video generator sucks and doesn’t listen when you say specifics, free beats cost way to much money to give crappy videos like that and if you say I want my money back they give you credits not your money back

I enjoy using my bike!! I love the classes!! The object is to get the most combos during a class, however transitions between songs do not give you long enough time to register. The next beat and to adjust to the new beat and you lose your combo between songs!! It makes it really frustrating when you are working so hard and just like that a great combo is gone!! Please give a little more time to see the easy/hard beats and time to adjust

I’m in the army with kids and the freebeat helps me keep up with my workouts without having to leave the home.

I have owned the bike for 10 months now. I am a busy mom and although my goal is at least 30 mins, I like that I can get on for a quick 15 min class just to have some “me time.”
I like completing the Daily and Weekly Tasks and the option to get a few bucks back every month. It’s small but it’s something! Also keeping up with the beat keeps me going. I also like that the bike will automatically change the resistance while doing a class and you can turn off the feature if you want. Getting extra points for rising while biking is a fun feature but it means that you can’t replace the seat cushion.
The bike is comfortable and I like that the monitor moves all the way around to do other workouts.
Edward’s classes are my favorite. I love his encouraging messages while I work out. I do wish there was more contemporary Christian music again or a category to find them. I have to scroll to find them.
My next favorite thing to do is the scenic ride. Especially getting to bike through towns. I do wish they had more big cities like NYC!
Another feature that I like is part of the LesMills “The Trip.” It feels like you are biking through a video game. The dance classes are so much fun as well.
I have a few complaints. One, I wish I could set my own music but I have the freebeat lit and it doesn’t work on the app. Also, although my AirPods connect, my apple watch will not connect, I cannot track my heart rate through the bike.
Some of the classes sadly are repeats, I’ve come across 3 of Edward’s that were the same but labeled differently.
The machine is beautiful but I wish the water bottle holder was more functional, none of my bottles stay put I end up having to set my water to the side on a table nearby. I use the holders to awkwardly hold my phone and my AirPod case.
I found out that my bike would glitch out if I left it on sleep mode, so I always have to power off after a workout.
Lastly, I wish there was a feature to watch a streaming service or an Apple play feature? I’m guessing it’s licensing but it would be nice.
Overall I am happy and thankful that I purchased this bike and that I continued the subscription. My positives outweigh the negatives. I hope this was helpful and that you decide to be apart of the freebeat fam!

It came as advertised. The setup was easy. The instructions were well written. The class selection is varied and offers all types of rides at various levels. I get the class competitiveness but on my schedule. My only criticism is no drink holder.

The bike is fantastic strong, sterdy, has everything you want! the subscription is good plenty to keep you busy i do wish there where more options to watch Netflix ect, syncing bluetooth is proven to be a nightmare for me it doesn’t want to pick up my phone at all not sure what im doing wrong, they definitely need to add a lot more countries to the list when you make a profile.. its a bit of a nightmare they don't have the uk listed.
I also never received my £30 Amazon gift card
I contacted them they said they would send again and still nothing at all, incredibly frustrating! Only other thing worth noting is… the plug wire is so short i wish it was longer !

Unfortunately I have had issues with a freezing screen since setting up my bike. Despite numerous attempts to trouble shoot with customer service, sending an annoying number of “self check” videos and explaining the issue repeatedly I have so far received no solution to this ongoing issue that has rendered the bike more or less useless.

Disappointed that it’s not compatibility with my iPhone and Apple Watch.

Really enjoying my Freebeat so far. Great content, engaging community challenges with rewards, and overall responsive support.

Perfect for at home exercise! The classes are great, I love that multiple members of the house can utilize the program with individual profiles. If you are new to cycling definitely get a more cushion seat but other than that it’s great !

I’m having problems with my screen. My bike is only two months old and I’ve barely used it. The screen crashed during the software update (which your required to do). It took over 2 days for the software to download. It freezes, blacks out, and I get errors messages. The screen is under a one year warranty and customer services ignored my request for a new one. You can tell it’s being managed by a company overseas. Do NOT buy bikes from freebeat. Apparently peloton has the same issue with the screens. I don’t have any experience with that, but after reading reviews everywhere, it seems that it’s the case. I’ve decided to go with a manual bike so I don’t have to pay for a subscription every month and deal with the screen that doesn’t work most of the time.

I very much enjoy freebeat! There are some bugs. My Weekly Summary on the Home Screen does not reflect the actual stats sometimes but it’s fine.

No issues with the bike. So far all I’ve taken is the cycling and stretching classes. Dalia is my absolute favorite for cycling. I love her energy, the mix of music and her intervals within the workout. It would be nice to have like a yoga flow class. Or maybe it’s already there and I haven’t found it.
