We definitely want to get this resolved. It’s unusual that you’re unable to reply to our email, so it may be worth trying again or sending a new message to our FCRC team at cs@freecarradiocodes.co.uk
If you can provide your transaction ID along with a clear image of the serial number from the radio, we’ll look into this straight away and get it sorted for you. If the code is incorrect, we will of course arrange a refund.
