I have not received a code
I bought the code on Thursday 13th August it is now Sunday 16th August and I have not received my code. I have written emails via outlook and through the website and have not received any communication. This feels like a SCAM and I am regretting using this service.

The first time I applied for the code I…
The first time I applied for the code I entered the incorrect email address and tried several times to change it and could not. It is also a bit misleading to say that the service is free, but only after entering the details and being offered the option to purchase now for £4.99 did the option to have it free and wait for 23h to do so came through. Such things do not inspire confidence. However, the number duly arrived, two days later than hoped for, and it works.

Wrong code, but handled very professionally.
Im updating my previous review to apologise to Luke and to freeradioocodes.com. I originally left a harsh review out of frustration after receiving a code with a '7' in it, which my Fiat Punto radio couldn't take.
However, Luke resolved the situation and issued a full refund (after proof).
Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is what matters most. Luke did listen, then acted fast, and provided top-class customer service.
I did take my frustration out on Luke, and I would like to sincerely apologise again. At least we both know for future reference that Fiat Punto radio-codes can only use numbers 1-6. Mistakes happen and I hope we can both go away learning something.
